Qualified is not the problem. Qualified immunity comes into play months and years after you get violated. We need to overturn the supreme Court cases that give cops the right to fuck with you for no reason.

Exactly no cop isn't allow to make up their own trespass record,it is know to be an Sololuted Trespassing & it is illegal period. Especially if a crime hasn't been committed and yeah the owner from that building have to stated and tell the officer that he or she what that person/ cameraman trespass from their business building property. A cop can't force theirs hands for them. Lastly detained someone knowing their didn't commit a crime and the cop still decided to put & place handcuff on a innocent Citizen and place them in the back of a police car is still an arrest. Nonetheless it's a illegal arrest. Even if the cop didn't place an innocent Citizen back of the police car but still have handcuffs on that person it still arrest period. The only time a cop place a handcuff on a Citizen if that person is being aggressive towards him or other's, but since the cameraman is being calmed and not acting so aggressively towards the cop & other's the cop shouldn't put handcuff on him at all whatsoever.

Prosecutors can file cases when the arrest was illegal. Guilty verdicts mean promotion.

And police are not required to know any laws, not even the most basics of law. That is by design. That way they can illegally arrest you, sometimes knowingly, and all they have to say is " I didn't know that I couldn't do that". And all is forgiven.

Same thing happened to me twice in Livermore, ca they kept my cameras/cell phones for over 10 months. Never saw a judge either time but still had to pay $10,000 in bail. They all lied in the police reports and thought I would never get my cameras/cell phones back to prove I was innocent. No lawyers in Ca will help. They all say the same thing “it’s too hard against police”.
So sad that we get screwed over from the cops and then the legal system. Not enough people paying attention to these videos. There must be a way for us to stand up and get justice! Only the rich get to walk away.

Tucson resident here. I'm glad audits are being conducted here. I have had good friends on the police force. Tucson has a history of violent police and city/county police paid off by mafia residents. Tucson cops once caught John Dillinger. They also used to pistol whip teenagers and juries would not convict cops with multiple felonies. I had an Australian friend who lived outside the city limits and found himself under hostile seige from a New York mafia running criminal scams/protection payoffs in Tucson. They had set up a search light focused on his house across from theirs. The Digger called county cops who refused to intervene since they were paid off. The Digger had been a prisoner in a Japanese concentration camp in WWII. As a survivor he had no fear of mafia thugs. He grabbed his .303 Enfield and shot out the search light and returned fire from the thugs. They had no success with this Aussie Rambo. When news of the gun battle reached the Mafia family head in New York he immediately ordered his minions to leave the target alone for fear of the public shooting up his thugs. The county cops never showed up. The thick minded cops and security clowns are ripe for audit channels. Saddle up, pardner.

This cop is certified maroon. Hospitals can be either private or public. I was born in a public hospital. VA hospitals, for example, are public hospitals. They are run by the VA department, a government entity. The hospital in which I spent two weeks three years ago was a private hospital. The rules are different for each.
