The fact he actually said "I was pretty nice to him until he pulled out the camera" can really open them up to a retaliation suite.
Not a chance of that happening under the current status of judicial law. There is no _Bivens_ First Amendment retaliation cause of action against _any_ federal actors. This is one of the holdings from _Egbert v. Boule,_ Supreme Court 2022 and even the dissenting Justices agreed with the majority on that issue.

We need to start suing cities for putting uneducated people in police uniforms.
Institute for Justice is suing the entire Milton WV pd for training techniques that violate our rights. We need to take our redress up the chain of command and end their plausible deniability tactic.

I'm not a veteran. I've been at the VA numerous times. He could've been giving someone a ride, visiting someone, having lunch with his girlfriend, or playing the piano to bless this who served this country.

And then, at a HOSPITAL, cops just yank people out of cars as if no one on the planet in any hospital parking lot has ever had an injury, recent surgery with fresh stitches. I just read an article about a small town in my state where all the cops quit because the pay wasn't competitive (very small town, one full time cop, 4-5 part time cops).
This town, I can just sense it, is going to end up paying a ton of money for new police. I looked it up, in 2021 - the crime spike year - the town had 10 crime reports. None of them violent. 9 property thefts, and one auto theft. They don't need a goddamn full time cop for that amount of crime, much less all the rest.

You must be asked to leave a property first in order to trespass. Secondly a veteran cannot be trespassed from a veterans hospital unless he breaks the law. No lawsuit, Texas is a state where you must identify if the police request ID. This is illegal and gives police probable cause to search the vehicle

Just so everybody knows I tried to call that Dallas Veterans Administration the person answering the phone on Saturday hung up on me and then would not answer the phone again and just pick up and hang up so I called another Veterans Administration. They watch the video and informed me to contact the inspector general‘s office, They have oversight over the VA police, and those three officers need to be fired and not allowed to be police officers again and sodas that dispatcher that was hanging up the phone. The VA cops at the Veterans Administration that I spoke to were disgusted at what they saw.

Fully agree, but why does it have to be "an extreme violation" ??? ANY violations of our Constitutional Rights deserves a swift and severe penalty. Our Founding Fathers, after writing the Declaration of Independence in 1776, didn't write the Constitution until 1785, and even then, it took them almost SIX YEARS. THAT is how much thought, and care was put into it. They were very wise men, to have created this "Democratic Experiment". The way these "Officers" have acted here is beyond disgraceful, it's CRIMINAL, and they should ALL be fired, stripped of all Police Certification so they cant go one town over, and SUED. Abolish Qualified Immunity, so they all lose their Pensions. I'm not an attorney, but clearly, there were a LOT of Laws broken here, and they should all be facing charges.

Police officers shouldn't even have qualified immunity. Just because a person up holds the law doesn't mean there above the law. America is the only country that protects the police. That shows how bad they are. That they actually need protecting from there mistakes.

Most of them have NO clue what the actual laws are, and yet, they've sworn an oath to support, uphold, and defend The Constitution, but watch any UA-cam channel, and it's SO painful to see these people walking around with guns, batons, tasers, mace, and body armor, and ZERO knowledge of the law. That has to change.
Federal property is public property and has public areas to park and receive service or records. One doesn’t have to be a veteran to visit a VA facility and request public records. No one has to identify themselves when they are in an area where the PUBLIC is allowed to be. FIRE THEM ALL as they serve no purpose to the people and will end up un-aliving someone or costing taxpayers a fortune.

Almost no cop knows the difference, what kind of public propertires there are, what are their authority on each one, what laws apply to each one, or what kind of property is anywhere on the locality they are assigned to. If I was a chief of police, no new rookie would be patrolling; instead they would take a 1-2 month period on the PD, maybe with some practical illustration besides a veteran cop on the field, but no for the intent of patrolling; During this month or two they would get to learn all the maps of the jurisdiction, all the properties and their boundaries, where everything is, etc. among a lot of other things I'm sure he wouldn't know from academy. At the end of that period he would be put to test, and if he failed, I would just get rid of him and let the next rookie in.
Someone needs to get this video to a civil rights lawyer in Texas to help him out, this could help him from being homeless

Any time you hear the phrase “figure out”, it means the cops are violating somebody’s rights. It is clear about how they are to respond when they observe specific things. Figuring Out always means they are making it up as they go to get info they are not entitled to or to fish for a crime without any RAS.
