Every Case should go to trail Stop the plea deal make the State prove you are guilty

WRONG ! When you are FALSELY, INTENTIONALLY, FRAUDENTLY, MALICIOUSLY prosecuted, it should NEVER go to trial !
A prosecutor with a MORAL COMPASS should dismiss it immediately upon finding out your only crime was CONTEMPT OF COP

If you go to trial your found guilty. Prosecutors and judge give your really harsh punishment maybe even maximum punishment. That plea… your guilty to lighter sentence/lesser punishment. But you’ll be fined, probated, or placed in custody or all. If you know you in the wrong and they have clear evidence and they’ve followed all precautions to arrest . You should take self accountability and settle with the plea.

Expunging a defendant's arrest record is concern.

Didn't know the acquittal rate is so high. It was always my understanding that prosecutors don't bring cases unless they are over 90% certain they will get a convinction.

How often do you file a motion to dismiss a felony case? How often are those motions granted? Thank you.

Not that often. There are very few reasons I can give a court to dismiss the case with the prosecutor’s agreement. Most cases are dismissed because the prosecutor chooses to dismiss the case. There are things that we can do to make it more likely the prosecutor will dismiss the case, but it’s rarely up to the judge.

The best way to get a lawyer is to sit in the courtroom and observe daily on which lawyers get along well with the judge.. Also do homework and find out which lawyers may be friends with the prosecutor or Judge !

If you’re observing attorneys, see how they interact with their clients.
