I'm from Florida I was charged 5 years ago for possession of firearm by convicted felon I was followed and pulled over the gun was in the glove box I didn't even have actual possession no prints found or dna the gun was registered to my wife she agreed to be me witness she left her firearm in my glove box we using my vehicle and forgot she put her firearm in the glove box I filed a motion to suppress evidence because the officer said I was pulled over for failure to obey a traffic device I beat the ticket in court so my lawyer tried to argue the officer had no probable cause to pull me over because the traffic infraction was dismissed the courts didn't care they just wanted a conviction my lawyer spoke with me and said you are a black man in the state of Florida they are going to get you if we go to trail this is a Jewish lady telling me this then she said take 1 year house arrest followed with 3 years probation and go home to your daughter or go to trail lose and possibly get double the time in prison so I signed the plea here I am now years later I feel like I could of beat that case I was wrongfully charged

Actually you wouldn't even if you didn't know the gun was in the car you still would had convicted
I ended up getting 1 year house arrest and 4 years probation I completed 1 year of house arrest and 3 years of the probation ended up violating probation on my last year got sent to prison for 2 years added another year of house arrest and 1 year probation I'm currently on house arrest.
From mesquite Texas had gotten arrested for firing in public or municipals as they put it once apprehended I I applied my fifth right and remained silent , they impounded my car 4 days and had a hold on it for investigation they found 3 show casings but the gun is clean and I'm 22 with a clean record and the evidence they have is that somebody called anomalously two cars road raging . Is this a dismissal case?

I currently have charges for a stolen weapon and I had no knowledge of it being stolen...I got it as a gift and looked up the numbers and it was not stolen... what should I do ? I also have no charges or prior conviction. I also am an armed security guard with NC PPSB

I was pulled stated for swerving. Onlye field sobriety was eye test and intoxayzer at the seen . charged with DUI bac after blood taken .006. Had told cop I had taken my med which was prescribed after recent neck surgery and had current prescription. Was taken from the screen another office did inventory search of contents found two fire arms that were mine registered to me in work bag in back seat of the jeep and other in bottom of center console. I own two autoshops and few rental properties carry large amounts of cash. Never in my life had vehicle searched. This was 3rd Dui I swear I never drink. Got one at 21 and like 27 I'm 43 now. I have a good dui lawyer. But working about how versed in fire arm cases just looking for some guidance. Have also already. Appreciate advice

No. 10450 section (5), under title 18 U.S.C. section 1918 any officials who violate title 5 section 7311 cannot legally hold any office in the government of the united states or the government of the district of Columbia therefore they have no legal lawful authority or jurisdiction over anything or anyone.
If law enforcement did not have a legal lawful search warrant signed by a judge use exclusionary rule and fruit of the poisonous tree in the court of law,any arrest (seizure) without a legal lawful search warrant is a kidnapping.

On my disclosure from the Crown.. it states the use of CC Section 117.02 to search my apartment without a warrant. I think someone made a mistake... can I pounce? Or the judge will just say we made a mistake .. it should read CC Section 117.04(2)?
