- Nobody Wants This has arrived on Netflix, and this is my official series review and reaction for the first season of this Comedy show.
An agnostic podcast host and an unconventional rabbi on the rebound walk into a party. When they walk out - together - the unlikely pair, Joanne (Kristen Bell) and Noah (Adam Brody), can tell there is something between them. But also potentially between them, with their differing outlooks on life, all of the modern obstacles to love, and their sometimes well-meaning, sometimes sabotaging families - including her sister Morgan (Justin Lupe) and his brother Sasha (Timothy Simons).

Just watched the first episode and am enjoying it.
BY ME, the first girlfriend went so far beyond respecting his boundaries that it was ridiculous.
Putting the ring on was a psycho move and no one mentions it

I watched the whole thing in a few hours. Super easy watch, and Kristen Bell and Adam Brody were adorable.
Just binged the whole season and I agree I really enjoyed it!! Kristen Bell and Adam Brody have great chemistry and the supporting cast was really charming. The show was funny and mostly realistic and I’d really like there to be a season 2!
I stopped watching after 4th episode because of the unlikeable supporting characters. I could not stand the sister Morgan and how unsupportive and sabotaging she is to Joanne. Maybe will give it another chance.
I need more YT’rs talking about, reacting to this series. It’s so good, realistic, and fun. I fell in love with all the characters by the end, even the daughter/niece. She wasn’t the typical annoying preteen and her parents are interesting. The chemistry between all the characters is awesome. I love Joann and Morgan’s mother… what a sweet lady. If they do a season 2, I hope she finds someone that will love her the way she deserves. Same wish for Morgan. She was horrible in the beginning (in my opinion), but I ended up loving her as Joann’s sister and bff. She always showed up (and showed out) for Joann. The sister-in-law was insufferable in the beginning too but I started to see things from her perspective as the ex-gf’s bff and daughter in-law to Sasha’s parents. Oh and Sasha/Noah’s mom was a hoot. I wouldn’t mind seeing more of her if they do a season 2. Of course Kristen Bell and Adam Brody brought all the charm and acting chops. Overall this show really surprised me. 👍🏾👍🏾

Thank you Netflix and the wonderful cast. She and I are quite similar in nature. Big Love from Canada's Capital 🇨🇦 My guy of 10 years dumped when we found out I am fighting for my life with leaky muscle. I am strong and at peace and I will overcome this naturally with nature. If the cast is ever in my neighborhood I hope I get to give you all a 21 second hug 🤗. I haven't laughed so much in a long time. Deep Gratitude for finding your show l. Absolutely loved this series need a Season 2 ASAP. Their chemistry and supporting characters were off the charts. Made me think back to Judd Apatow’s Love series

light, cute, funny -- I tuned into it and binged all the episodes in one sitting. It's not something you would tell anyone "oh, you have to watch...." but it was easy entertainment before going to bed.
As soon as I saw the cast, I watched it I mean Seth Cohen and Veronica Mars come on
If this was an actual terrible show, then I guess the series truly lived up to it's title for the audience 😂😂

I throughly enjoyed this show. So light hearted yet so much depth in navigating non conventional relationships in this era.

Not on netflix, but this reminded me of Apple TV's "Trying", with that warm comedy and complex relationships.

I wonder how true Jewish people feel about this show?
Yes I love the show, but I will say they villainize Noah’s family exact Sasha. There is nothing wrong with them wanting their Rabbi family member to marry someone Jewish, but they make them unnecessary mean and catty to the poor white girl for having the nerve to date the Rabbi like it’s not a 50/50 relationship.

Both my Jewish friends have parents like this. If anything, they’re meaner. They had arranged marriages. But like not all Jewish people support Netanyahu and do believe in the freedom of Palestine, I agree not everyone is the same.
The stereotypes annoyed me and I found Noah pretty selfish actually
@@lstarsabb if you think about it it's not the whole family, the brother is supportive, the dad doesn't seem to care, the Jewish mom wanting her son to be with a Jewish girl is very realistic and the sister in law just wanted him to be with her best friend
Wolfs Review? I just watched it today, I was left mostly disappointed by it, Brad Pitt and George Clooney chemistry is there but the story was lackluster, the overall tone was a little confusing, it's like the movie did not know what it wanted to be but it's okay for a one time watch. I'm excited to hear what you think of it!😊 I would give it a solid 6/10.
