Maybe a silly question but you have checked the engine sprocket is going to align with the clutch drum chainwheel when the engines fitted? also was there a particular reason for not using the split taper bush that came with the sprocket?
Why did you not just buy the taper that goes with the sprocket, I may even have one the right size, I have a bin full of fenner taper locks and pulley's.
Just thought I would use what I had buddy and keep costs down. It seems to work OK so far. Until I fit it all to the truck, put some load on it and it all flys apart 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah there is loafs of movement mate and the sprocket can be reversed if needed.
That new red paint job has to be worth a couple of horsepower.

Red is a hard colour to get a good cover. To make the red pop. Paint a white base first.

How about removing the exhaust, remove the rust and paint it black!
I think I need to make an entire exhaust anyhow so didn't bother. Just need to find the fittings.
