Quick fix for audio until they reupload the run: put your device's audio into mono instead of stereo. On most devices that can be found in the accessibility or ease of access options.
This was one of my favorite games as a kid. I know a lot of reviewers dumped on it for "being a copy of Mario Kart" and "having framerate issues", but F that. I like the unorthodox races, bonus games, and the consistent gameplay (no rubberbanding)
its not really a clone of mario kart, the only thing it really borrows from kart are the powerups and even then you can upgrade powerups in this game. there are also hidden keys, bosses, airplanes/hovercrafts etc. that you wont find in mario kart
Ha, just watched this using my single-ear headset at work. Wouldn't have known about the audio issue if I didn't read the comments. This was a fun run!
I liked how he put the mini map up to show how he completely dominated the AI. Even though I've seen DRK runs before, his commentary thought me a lot of stuff I didn't know.
Wow! Very nicely done Giz! It's runs like these that intrigue me and encourage me to tackle runs such as these and others! Sorry, I couldn't make it live this year, but I did at least watch the run and it was a lot of fun to watch you destroy this game! Good luck with any other games that you run either on AGDQ, SGDQ, or on your own accord!
Fun fact: when I got my N64 a year back and was buying games for it, I saw Mario Kart 64 and Diddy Kong Racing, for sixty and ten bucks. Guess which one I bought.

The iconic Wizpig. Rare's finest creation.
