Hi! Very nice review. What type screw driver removes the bottom shield to get access to the part that you showed that could become clogged? The shield which holds the hepa filter goes flying off when I turn on the vacuum and run it for 30 seconds plus that same area is very hot. Therefore, I think that that tunnel part on the bottom of the vacuum might be clogged as all other filters are clean, as well as the hose, where the hose connects, the canister and the screen. If you have any other idea as to why this is happening would you please respond? When I put the shield back on the heppa filter I do hear a click sound so I know that that is not the problem.
