How to Make Traditional Mexican Pig Shape Gingerbread Cookies - Marranitos

Enjoy these delicious gingerbread cookies all year round. These are available all year round in your local Mexican bakery or make them with your little ones!
Ingredients:
4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Ground Ginger
2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Unsalted Butter
3 Eggs (Divided)
1 cup Unsulfured Molasses
1/4 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
