You should fry the onion first and garlic last because garlic burn faster. You should know this.

Done what you did , but seasoned it a little
It would have been better not to add eggs. Without eggs still got the fibrous texture of meat. But with eggs, it made the dish looked gummy & porridge like. You wouldnt want a meat dish that had porridge like consistency
Exactly,it now let ok's like raw ground beef for meatloaf lol and why not at least put it on a plate with white rice or something lol

Just found you when looking for canned corned beed recipes. Thabks for sharing. I agree, somewhat, with other reviewers, but good overall idea. One thing you might want to NOTE: I understand why you speed up the video but you SPED IT UP TOO MUCH. All we see is your hand speeding back and forth. Couldnt see what spice you added. You didnt type it on the screen and it went by too fast. Ill watch a few more to see if i think they are too fast to watch too.

Noooo, no salt. That's o.d.. corned beef is over salty as it is. I get the 25% less sodium can made by "Grace". Its the best

You should try it first.
Agree, this looks like poo. One mushy blob of un-textured gross. First, open the can properly by poking a hole in the top, then slice and sear the meat, then remove. Second, cook onion, then garlic. Add tomatoes. Then add the seared meat. Remove from pan. Cook eggs. Place on top. Serve on top rice. Then I would eat and enjoy it.
