Someone who hits her handstands! Locks then out. College def helps you with that. Beautiful!!!
College really does something for gymnasts handstands on bars. And sticking dismounts. They compete so much and handstands r like major deductions in college as are in elite but with less skills to perform. They really work on hitting the handstands right ontop of bar, and attempt stuck landings on dismounts often. It really shines through for gymnasts that come back from elite and perform on bars. If they had (on bars) handstand problems before college or sticking dismounts...they likely don't now lol.

why did she go to college and not stay in elite??
She *really* needs to work on that Pak! It's like she just throws her arms back and chest out instead of reaching gracefully! I hope her coaches are trying to iron out the form issues. She has a great look on bars, though.
