Present day im seeing your videos (one from a yr ago) still relevant; you dont talk too much and you get to the point. As I am on a natural nail journey Im researching manis at home, YOUR VIDS R INFORMATIVE, TO THE POINT and I get it about not trying to PERFECT the manicure, its easy to sit and pick and prod but I realize too much manicuring will do more damage than good. I managed to get some OPI Repair Mode for my nails that were constantly peeling. And after a week of 2 applications a day, the difference has been incredible. Usually after a week, when I would file and shape my nails, they would just peel while filing them and I would end up with several nails being so short due to the nails just peeling away, that it was uncomfortable. After a week, I filed my nails, there was no peeling and I was able to shape them. The nails are now flexible, but also firm and basically no peeling. What peeling there was was minute and barely noticeable. I tend to keep my nails short anyway, but even with that previously, it was peeling and my nails were very soft. So the OPI has hardened them somewhat, but it is now flexible in that there's some give, but it's not soft. I have also noticed that the nail bed is now slightly longer, which is great, as prior to that, the peeling was so bad that the nail bed had shortened, as the nail would peel back to the nail bed near the end of my fingers. Prior to that, I was doing oil soaks, I was using oil and moisturiser each time I washed my hands. Nothing really seemed to work even after several months. I had stopped wearing nail polish several months ago, due to the peeling issues that I had always had. I also tried nail hardeners in the past, but they just made the peeling worse. The nails now look and feel very healthy. One day in the future, I'd like to be able to wear some polish again, but will wait a while longer before I do. I would never leave polish on for more than 3 to 4 days anyway. But sometimes when going out, I would like to have some polish on my nails. I will keep using the OPI Repair Mode, probably twice a week for a week, and then I will switch it to once a week when I do my weekly manicure. I cannot thank you enough for the video series you made treating nails with this product. It was very helpful and educational. You saved my nails!

I have been using the repair mode once a week before my mani. And my nails have gotten so long. I’ve always had short nails. Since they would always break. And I’m painting my nails more than usual the past few months. Have you tried opi pink to envy. Is it worth it to add to your routine. ?

I found that this polish, though it appears to be dry, really isn't. After sleeping, I noticed the polish was no longer shiny, as though the sheets had imprinted on my nails. Can't use this stuff before bed. Disappointing as I liked the glow aspect.
I get so much feedback that it causes nail surface damage (they are too long lasting maybe) that I’m scared. Ps. Its not cheap here either. 22€ a bottle. Also its not really brightening, it just has an irredesence to it.

Out of interest, why do you run the machine across and beneath the free edge? A beautiful manicure.
This is done extremely gently. To smooth any catches and to bevel the nail and remove the “skirt”
