Yeah it’s funny, but Amy is legitimately scary. Do you see her eyes and the way she snaps? I legitimately think she’s the type of person to attack somebody if she gets mad enough for whatever reason
Fun fact.. both Amy and Sammy have criminal pasts. Amy tried to get a loan with someone else's SIN number. And Sammy is Banned from 3 countries. He was deported from the USA 1 year after the show 😂😂😂😂
The fact that even the production team had to interfere to de-escalate the pizza situation the night before Ramsay's appearance is really outrageous

When Gordon told them the desserts were good they accepted his comments and said that it means a lot coming from him,how they respected his opinion as he is a world renowned chef. But when he says it's not good all of a sudden his opinion doesn't count.
If my boss ever meowed like that on a regular basis, I'd void my bowels and move to a new country

It always bowls me over that Amy didn’t just run a bakery cafe. Gordon himself said her cakes were delicious and her restaurant/kitchen was beautiful so why not just axe all the crap food and just serve baked goods and coffee? Oh yeah that’s right. They’re fucking insane.

In 2003, Amanda "Amy" Bouzaglo (formerly Bossingham) pled guilty to misuse of a Social Security number when she applied for a $15,000 bank loan. She was convicted of a felony and spent about a year in prison beginning in 2008. At the time of filming (Dec 2012) at age 39, she had been out of prison for about 3 years.
The owners moved to California in 2016, and later to Israel in 2018 following Samy's deportation. In 2021, Amy Bouzaglo gave an interview to the New York Post discussing her experience on the show. She alleged that production staff had rearranged ingredients in the kitchen and "sabotaged" their POS system.
