Nissan 350Z Top 10 Mods

- The Nissan 350Z has been around for a long time, and there is a huge aftermarket for them. These are my top 10 modifications for a well-rounded street build. There are obviously dozens of other modifications you can do, but these are the highest yield. You could easily complete this list for around $5,000 and been on your way to a very capable sports car. My personal 350Z mod lists includes almost all of these mods including Eibach sway bars, G35 Rays wheels, factory Brembo brakes, Tein S-Tech lowering springs, a Blox plenum spacer, Nismo S-Tune exhaust, and UpRev tune.

Awesome suggestions, I always wondered what gave certain Zs and Gs that drunken wookie sound. I didn't know about the 370z manifolds, I'll have to look into that especially if they are as cheap as you say. There were two upgrades that totally transformed the suspension for my track G, getting the stock front compression rod bushings changed out for solid SPL ones and going for the Öhlins DFV coilovers (only about $2k, so not as pricey as one would think). Street manners are still good but the track manners is a complete transformation, even on bumpy tracks it's just so predictable and direct feeling.
That's a great price for a set of Ohlins. I'll have to look into those. I included the 370Z manifolds mostly because I feel like they aren't that well known; I only found out a couple of years ago.
Do I also need the 370z/350z hr downpipes? I have a 350z de. Thanks
Honestly, I don't know, but I would assume you don't. It would makes sense for Nissan to keep things simple for them. Best bet would be to call a company like Z1 Motorsorts or other Z focused shop to ask them if their test pipes fit all years of Z.
@@350Z247 did a search and you definetly need the 370z test pipes to pair it to the 370z headers, but should be able to get them cheap also
is 370z header equal length ? thx
They don't appear to be, but I don't have one on hand to actually examine, just photos.

@@350Z247 Yeah I had to crank it to 11 on my PC, I was able to hear everything though after that.
@@anydaynow01 I'll be sure to up the volume of the other videos I recorded in the same manner. I'm not sure why it's so quiet.
