@@judaslicciardello3946 im rebuilding up my 91 cr500r (90/91 are the same bike). Hopefully mine comes out as nice as your bike did. My stock radiators are in good functioning order, but the fins are bent and they were repaired in the past so not cosmetically nice to look at, been looking for another set or some good quality after market's. My engine is ported and polished, squish band adjusted with milled head, set up for high compression and race fuel (112-116 octane). Billet sc2 smartcarb, boyesen rad valve reeds, msv exhaust flange. I used to run a procircuit 304 silencer with gnarly fmf chamber, but I'm debating on trying a pro circuit platinum/works exhaust with the 304. I have excel a60 custom built rims, core moto stainless brake lines, and updated the front suspension to a 2001 cr500r with the 01 front brake, triple tree, it's a direct fitment to the 91 frame. Going with racetech gold valves and sprung to my weight. Galfer rear wave rotor, with motostuff over sized front rotor. Fasst Flexx bars, asv c6 brake with clutch levers, mxbonz bar risers, billet aluminum mount cones. Frame and subframe have been powder coated with lollipop red over a silver flake base. Stock oem size replica tank in white made by Clarke. CMT hand made carbon fiber skid plate, ignition and clutch covers, skit plate, with case saver. Still need a few parts to complete the build. I would like to get my rear brake and brake reservoirs cerakoted, but don't know anyone who does that service unfortunately.
