No shame in that! Some people want different things for their body and that's okay! Not everyone needs to be strength training. I just do it because I enjoy it. But moving and stretching your body daily is still keeping your body happy and healthy.

Lol, no worries, I'm currently doing a 14 min glute activation as my glute workout 😂. When I worked out before (which is over a year ago), I did the activation and then the weight lifting. Saw visible results after 4 months. I'm easing myself back into that. Everything takes time. ❤

Uumm quick question when I do rotations my hips and lower spine click everytime I rotate backwards any suggestions for that situation it doesn't hurt it just really loud when it pops its never use to be loud the people in my gym up at work look at me like are you ok like this 😳🫨😂😂😂 any advice would be good advice I've been in 3 major car accidents probably doesn't help but I'm not giving up after learning I gained a whole heap of health issues 9yrs later I'm 68.7kgs down and still fighting to become the strong version of myself 😊❤
These warm ups are dynamic stretches that help improve your flexibility, range of motion, and also help to warm up your muscles before lifting. Taking 10 mins to warm up before your workouts makes a huge difference in the quality of your workouts and also helps to prevent injury. If you’re finding them difficult it may be because your joints are stiff and you need to work on loosening them up and increasing your flexibility/range of motion. Start working on dynamic stretching and static stretching and hopefully over time they will become easier for you 🤍
