I think you do have the key honest argument. Vegan diets are the most healthy diets on the plant for longevity and maintaining a high quality of life into old age. Modern diets of processed food are really bad for you.
BUT. People like eating meat. Many, find the idea of cutting down on meat a horrible thing to contemplate. That is the true appeal of videos like this. Some people would indeed turn to violence, extreme lies and deception to justify carrying on eating meat to excess. But a video like this gives comforting pseudo science that avoids most of that, by providing arguments that sound comfortingly relevant and any lies aren’t obvious if you don’t think too hard.

Has anyone calculated the carbon emissions from trucking thousands of bee hives from all over the country to almonds in California? Also must add in the corn syrup they are fed and the petroleum based products used in beekeeping to say nothing of the water almonds consume which amounts to a gallon per almond.bee hives use wood so count cutting trees and running the machinery to build hives. Much of bee supplies are plastic so petroleum again. What about oil companies flaring their wells? What about the ruined soil in industrial agricultural? Those avocados come at a cost as well. Watch documentary "Health food or climate killer?" And "Narco Avocado" The problem is industrial agricultural not whether it is Plant or anima. Meat is optimal nutrition. l

Thank you for the talk. It's crazy what my body's burning for calories every single day, on top I do a lot of sports. It just wasn't able to reach my protein and fat needs on a vegan diet. It really wasn't, and I tried for years. My digestion got pretty worse, I was dehydrated like crazy doesn't matter how much and which water I was drinking... and at the end I was like "maybe I'm eating too much whole foods" and started fasting. That was a mistake. I'm still eat fruits and veggies each day but when it comes to the basis of my protein and fat needs I now choose meat, dairy products, eggs. My digestion, hydration and well being startet coming back instantly. Even though it's not over night going back on track. :-)

Vegan diet and vegetarian diet are just a problem waiting to happen and after some time the problems do begin as close as 1 year of diet to as
far as after 10 years of diet, just because people are different...!!! Then, teeth start falling, hair, nails get brittle, heals get cracked, you name it...!!!
I can eat what I want, but my wife can only eat a few veggies like carrots, runner beans, garlic, squash and a small amount of onions. On the
other hand, she can eat all the meat, fish and eggs she needs...!!! Great video.

@Aallia Andreadis Our small intestine has developed to perfectly digest animal fats and proteins. Our caecum has reduced to a fraction of the size required to process/ferment any volume of plants efficiently. Our large intestine is NOT a fermentation chamber, it is for water/mineral reclamation, compaction and excretion. The glucose fattly acid cycle dictates that we don't consume dietary carbohydrates if we want healthy fat metabolism. Given we are made of and run on fat, it's vital.

Well I’m sorry but I don’t accept that premise and believe it to be a distraction and an excuse for the implementation of a new system by those who are currently in power.

I hv increased my meat portion to perhaps 80% to cut down on grains, carbs, and vegi.
I hv follow keto in principle since mid 2022, now in end aug 2023 my weight was from 87 kg to about 71 kg.
Now i mostly eat between 9 am to 8 pm, with most foods between 11am to 5 pm, mostly meat.
In the morning i might hv mung beans, red beans, or black rice, soak overnight and boil with water. Sometimes i add half a tea spoon of coconut sugar, salts, and monk fruit sweeteners.
At night i will eat avocado with dark cacao.
In carnivores or near carnivores diets, is avocado still considered good ?
I know beans may not be so great. I eat pistachios, macadamia, and almond without the brown skin.
I have terrible anxiety and depression, perhaps since only 6 or 7. I now think it is food sensitivity. As it is, i am taking pau d'arco + slippery elm, sublingual b complex and b1 b3, vit b1 500mg, 1g dha + 0.5 to 1g epa, yarrow, 10,000iu vit d3 + 20mg k2mk4. Also mood+ prebiotic, butyrates, Akkermansia.
All those cud help to relax the stomach and clear up the mind.

Most nutrients in plant foods are far less bio-available than those in animal products. Some can be converted, but in some individuals it hardly happens. Especially important are fat-soluble Vitamins ADEK (mostly found in animal products), which cannot be liberated properly in order to be absorbed; in the absence of enough healthy fat/oil towards stimulating enough bile production and excretion by a functional gallbladder. Amongst other important functions, bile activates pancreatic enzymes, and therefore various nutrient deficiencies can result when bile is not present in adequate amounts.
Many plant foods naturally also contain anti-nutrients/ defence chemicals; harmful to humans when taken in large quantities (one being SOY, which in reality acts as slow poison). Additionally plant produce is contaminated with toxic antibiotics (such as water-soluble glyphosate), and various other herbicides and pesticides.
A quick Google-search reveals the many possible pitfalls to a Vegan/Vegetarian diet; it's as if entering a mine field. For good reason that Weston Price did not find any healthy isolated people group on a Low Fat- or a completely Vegan diet. (All the healthy, unrefined, unprocessed whole food diets were without artificial additives, and contained some form/s of animal- and fermented products.)

I haven't eaten red meat in 22 years. Im not vegan , i eat plenty of cheese daily, eggs and fish weekly. We don't need to eat dead flesh. Cows are wonderful empathetic creatures who provide us with highly nutritious dairy. Killing them for food is morally repugnant. I wouldnt do it myself so i dont see why buying it from the supermarket is any better. As for health, i dont think that factory produced meat full of antibiotics, vaccines and female hormones is beneficial. Never had any anemia issues or any health issues and most importantly i never ever crave it. I think im a natural non meat eater but i do think a lot of people need it and hence crave it.
