My dude, I expected you to upload a review about the Microsoft Surface laptops with the Snapdragon X Elite processor. However, it is still an enjoyable video. : )
haha thanks! The new Surface is not yet officially available for purchase, I will review it for sure once it is :)
@@SoulOfTech Thanks! I hope I am not envious with the MS Surface laptop 6 as an x86 based Envy 16 user. It sure hurts seeing your premium laptop being cooked by rookies with rookie internals...
What productivity or gaming monitors contain an OLED panel?
this monitor have screen flickering issue the connection ports on the back and the other problem Smearing
When he said "our friends at gigabyte" i knew this guy was full of sh*t.
I shall use “my arch nemesis” next time 😎
>no motion blur test
>no ghosting tests
>no black smearing test

Thanks for the feedback!
How bad is the black smearing?
I have it. It was only noticeable while scrolling websites fast. Switching to dark mode helps
The lack of knowledge in this video is over 9000..
"1ms response rate" That statement alone just shows you know nothing about gaming displays.
Good video, but you need to inform yourself a bit more to avoid passing the wrong information to viewers.
While I appreciate criticism and feedback you're going to have to be more specific about exactly what was incorrect about that statement? I cannot take your feedback into consideration without context.
Only OLED panel can deliver true 1ms response time. Please see other reviewer like Monitor Unboxed which provide very detailed response time test results
@@rindijismail4072 Thanks for clarifying the context! So a few things, firstly you are both totally correct, objectively the monitor does not produce true 1ms. The rates are mostly determined with GTG and MPRT measures, however my statement in the video was a measure of the claimed specification. Of course one could argue I should mention that in the video (and perhaps in future content I will mention these are subjective vendor claims). There is also the questions of why don't I test MS rates objectively? Simple, the primary audience base watching these reviews are not looking for robust breakdowns of technical capabilities but rather a overview of the collective features, the average consumer is not going to discern the measurement between 1ms and 3ms for instance as they are nearly physical impossible to tell apart, as such I prioritize which features need the most technical attention and rely on the vendor to provide details that I do not have the bandwidth to technically test my self. To the OP's original concern about my knowledge, I think their issue is with the way the industry measures and specifies response rate as opposed to my specific review. If this were a high end monitor that standards of testing would be higher as well.
Yet another low resolution monitor, no reason to care...
1440p isn't "low resolution" yeah its not 4K, or 8k, but the pixel per inch especially at that size, you're not really gonna notice the actual pixels much at all.
