Hey Renee, the counter in my video is accurate. It's our step trackers that aren't. They track motion forwards and backwards so it's important to keep your arms moving. Putting the tracker on your ankle actually will track you more steps. Great job, keep going

Your really a big inspiration! I used to be 260.03 pounds then went down with exercise and never really prioritized walking. Until I found your youtube channel and since then I have hitting my goal of 10k steps no matter what! Now I weight at 136.6 and my goal weight is 120. But your talking in vidoes make the workout very fun and enjoyable!

These workouts are awesome! I’ve not done much exercise in the last six months and I’m only one week in with Rick’s workouts and already feel a huge difference! I’m in my mid fifties and joints have been an issue for me lately so I’ve had to change my exercise style. I’ve struggled to find workouts that don’t leave me sore or stiff.
