Smart convertible refrigerator changing temperature by itself | How to solve in 0 ₹

I brought a LG convertible smart inverter refrigerator around one and a half year ago but after 8 months it started giving trouble, it started changing temperature by itself, some times the freezer gets converted to fridge by itself and this was spoiling all the eatables stored in the fridge, I logged complaint with the dealer, a service technician/engineer came, checked and ordered the part, after a week he came with the new spare part and replaced the control panel, after around six months same problem repeated and the warranty had expired by now, as I wanted to find a permanent solution for this problem, I made some modification to the control panel and the problem got solved, since 2 months the refrigerator is working fine.

You fixed the problem😊. But the point is, after investing hard earned money, the appliances begins to give trouble and the manufacturer and dealer don't listen and user are the ultimate sufferers. I have got the same problem but no help from lg customer service.
