While the damage is not that much different from Diablos CB and it has no impact phial easy stun effect, this CB looks a LOT more cooler and fun to use.
If you think this is cool just wait till you get Kjarr Ice, Kjarr MOIST, and Kjarr Decay. They're more better in terms of overall maximum power potential. Because Thunder has a low max elemental cap. But for this matchup this weapon is a viable option. Also decay is cooler fite me m80.

No man, the cb is good. Its just the matchups that are weak to thunder. Nergigante, legiana, deviljho and Kudhala may have 3 star weakness to thunder, but this onky indicates their biggest elemental weakness, not how weak it is. Nergigante and deviljho especially have pretty big thunder resistance, so it makes the kjarr thunder cb useless, compared to diablos CB. The only good matchup for the Thunder CB is Kulve Taroth, for everything else, diablos is just too good
@@Painted_J good point. Since the phials don't hit hard, I always thought to make a build that maxes out the raw and use the old school axe swing combos and high affinity for sword/shield mode. Opinions?

You are a charge blade virtuoso. I hate that this thing doesn’t do more phial damage to monsters weak to lightning. Best match up outside of Kulve that I’ve found is Legiana.

Thanks for responding.. Im well aware of of how it works... If u look at the build in the video...he had zero health boost equiped on the build. But yet has a huge health bar, ive tried to do the same thing and dont get same results....thats why i questioned it. If it was that easy no one would put health boost on any builds.
UwUoddnameUwU .-. Drachen armor actually isn’t that useful for maximizing damage on a charge blade. The armor usually boils down to AT Nergigante (head, chest, and greaves) and AT Kushala armor (arms) as well as the Kulve Taroth gamma coil
I got my kjarr strongarm spark waiting for nerg to come back last time he was around 3 or 4 weeks ago I wasn't ready had to rush to HR 50 so I couldn't close the deal on beating him kept getting him to last stage then carting but now i'm 1000% ready for his ass.

Burkay Demir Pretty much sumed up AT Nergi in a nut shell with that god awful move. Akantorex sums up AT Nergi very well in a video, strongly recommended.

Can someone PLEASE explain why nobody uses the rarity 8 taroth strongarms? Especially the rarity 8 taroth strongarm "thunder" on AT NERGI??? He's weak to thunder.
The taroth strongram need free element to unlock its element. The element only applies to your slashes and axe swing. The phials use impact which needs artillery gems or charms to increase its damage.

Blos is still the meta cause the phial deal more or same dmg, has stun effect and overall an amazing weapon. But... isn't it boring using 1 weapon for the entire game? Look at thos poor greatsword players that are forced to use Wyvern Ignition just because it's hugely out perform others.

Because of the hitzone. Nergi has a very bad hitzone for Thunder despite being 3 star weakness to Thunder. Let's say the normal head no spike and white spike has only 15 thunder hitzone, and only increase to 20 once the spike become black. Again normally who will let nergi having too many black spike right? So normally his Thunder Hitzone ranging between 10-15 and change to 15-20 if the spike blackened.

The elemantal damage on nergi is so ridiculous... I mean one of his weaknesses is thunder and the damage is so freaking low... I don't get it... smh. 🤦♂️
Well as you could see, each phial did proc only 30s and occasionally 50s damage simply because the damage weakness chart ingame is very misleading. Truth is, majority of his body has an elemental hit zone value of 10 and 15 without black spikes and once blackened it is 15 and 20. Basically the phials only deal 15% to 20% of its maximun potential. Also thunder cannot reach higher numbers unlike the Kjarr Ice due to its elemental property.
Does not very smooth at usual, a lot of scene you made me skipped a heartbeat, like when Durian runned to its nest or Stuka Dive when you were standing up. But this is great, a few more practice and you go smooth again

? max potions bring you up to 150 hp and yhey bring you up to 200 or so depending on the level of your health boost

Don't use thunder on AT nerg.... Its lame. Use the diabolos cb. Each phial explodes for 85+ damage.... The kjarr spark phials wete only doing 39-59

The diabolos cb is much better. Each phial explodes for about 85+... Which adds up faster than those 55-60's.
