FluffyFloof, If you are talking about Chris's fear of needles, we are not in control of true fears. The fact that he turned grey and nearly fainted tells you its a psychological fear that he can't control. Also, the spiders are not that big, they are just more poisonous.

They go through your spine and into your spinal cord to draw spinal fluid for testing.also I had regular needle for my bee allergy. As a result I don't have that severe allergic reaction that I used to if stung.. These days I still get nervous having needles an almost always flinch.
This Lion Whisperer is absolutely incredible! He can just treat these big (yet gentle) beasts line housecats! I've never seen anything like it! And seeing the adults loving their pets and children laughing and playing, just warms my heart :D
I keep sending my daughter his videos cuz he is a hunk of beautiful male. Thought she could enjoy the view. She wanted to be a vet once. We've rescued 21 years. I thought he was the best looking vet I'd ever seen.
This is amazing. The lions have to have memory, have to have feelings, and consciousness to understand Kevin is not danger, he is a loved one, and he is part of the pride. I mean you could never ask an animal what their thinking but their behavior can really lead you to understand how complex their mind truly is.
Seeing Kevin with those lions is fascinating yet terrifying at the same time! You know how unpredictable they are while being strong and massive, yet you go "Aww" when they are kissing him and his arm is in their mouth!
I would have been bawling my eyes out. I'm the biggest wuss when it comes to needles. I have been stabbed, almost lost a finger, broken some bones got severe burns but didn't even shed a tear. But when it come to getting a vaccination you would see a grown up covered in scars crying like a child. Needles are the biggest NO NO to me.

This is such a great depiction of life in Sub-Saharan Africa. This is the Africa we don't see enough. There are families like ours living their lives with similar good times and bad. I spent a year in Kenya and it was very much like this.

When you interact with kids they remember that forever and also they will take everything they were told about caring for their animals will also stick with them and they will take it very serious bc of the pride they have of what to do and how to do.
This is the best matchup ever. Chris and Kevin seem to get along well with each other, and have that rare mutual respect and trust in each other, and natural curiosity about each other's worlds. Many kudos. I cannot, however, get over the age-old scientific method of "poke it with a stick."

It is a really refreshing experience to see someone who is just human in the same way as others all over the world! I know huge 6’5 280+ men who can handle blood, guts, gore, and ride motorcycles but cannot handle needles some out of fear of what their parents put them through as kids or others that just held that phobia from childhood.
And here I thought I had achieved something with my cat. He was feral and terrified. I spent hours, days and weeks with him in my garage as a kitten. He's now my sweet cuddle bug and will be 9 years old soon.
Once you understand an animal, and I mean REALLY understand it, anything is possible. For Kevin, what he understands is lions. He gets their demeanor and cues so he can traverse their social structure. It's really amazing to see.

I'm so grateful to the people who have dedicated their lives to saving wildlife in Africa. Saving these animals from poachers, canned hunting, loss of habitat is a thankless job but, hopefully, the more people understand the dire need to protect them then maybe things will be different for future generations. I hope so. Another great show.

Chris dancing with the kids and Leon playing basketball was so great. When you interact with kids they remember that forever and also they will take everything they were told about caring for their animals will also stick with them and they will take it very serious bc of the pride they have of what to do and how to do.

It is a really refreshing experience to see someone who is just human in the same way as others all over the world! I know huge 6’5 280+ men who can handle blood, guts, gore, and ride motorcycles but cannot handle needles some out of fear of what their parents put them through as kids or others that just held that phobia from childhood.
And here I thought I had achieved something with my cat. He was feral and terrified. I spent hours, days and weeks with him in my garage as a kitten. He's now my sweet cuddle bug and will be 9 years old soon.
I’m so happy he found a great home. All cats big or small are precious 😻😻😻
Once you understand an animal, and I mean REALLY understand it, anything is possible. For Kevin, what he understands is lions. He gets their demeanor and cues so he can traverse their social structure. It's really amazing to see.

I absolutely love this episode! It gives me chills seeing all the happiness of all the people in Africa with how much they love their pets-
Creating a bond like this with big cats is one of my dreams and to help them and their numbers in the wild. They’re absolutely gorgeous ❤️ But I will probably end up doing something with reptiles in the future.

I'm so grateful to the people who have dedicated their lives to saving wildlife in Africa. Saving these animals from poachers, canned hunting, loss of habitat is a thankless job but, hopefully, the more people understand the dire need to protect them then maybe things will be different for future generations. I hope so. Another great show.

Omg I just came across bondi vet videos and caught myself binge watching. Well truth be told dr chris is the reason. I'm in love with him literally lol.
