I love watching your videos because when I grow up I want to be a vet
Lyzette Peregrino same
Then you should also check out wildlife aid they're also great
The world always needs good animal doctors, these guys are very good role models.
Same
I did too when I was younger.
I laugh when people call Chris a city vet. This man has held a turtle's shell together with pant straps and treated everything from housecats to tigers 😂 that's no city vet.
Not to mention crocodiles!
PERIOD
This is true...
Yeah he's even been out saving rhinos in Kenya with gamekeepers shooting at poachers and stitching up goats attacked by hyenas using pliers, hardly the cushy life... ✌
Coral. Not to mention the elephants and rhinos 😂😂😂😂
Chris: *Is a professional vet*
Also Chris: *Glues duck's foot to a table*
Dr Chris is like the doctor's Macgyver.
Lol omg 😂 Dr. Chris actually glued a duck feet to a table. Thank God he is good looking
Sounds like something I would do
@@skynotfound8403 me to
I was laughing so hard when that happened 😂😂
Chris: worries he'll glue the duck to the table
Chris: Glues the duck's foot to the table
I would have put a layer of Vaseline on the table first, to prevent the glue from getting to the table.
Gluing that poor duck’s foot to the table.... priceless. 😂
Sharon Nehring heh lol yeah
Sharon Nehring poor ducky lol
I can't help the pun...she Is now a real glueyduck!
God it hurts to be so corny.
When he was checking up on the calf as well, another calf was trying to eat the guys elbow XDD
Indeed... and little bit scary. What if one drop going trough or something else which need big operation.
Very beautiful duck. Not have seen those before... ❤
Love when the dairy farmer is talking to Chris and there's a cow trying to eat his elbow the whole time
😂 Yes!
Very accurate cow behavior 😂😂😂
15:42
that is SO cute.
Cows... they are so goofy.
I remember being out once with my cousin, she was petting a cow, looked over at me and suddenly her entire forearm is in the cow's mouth.
The cow didn't hurt her at all.
A lot of those cows tried that.
I don't know why. They never bit.
Seeing my aunt get her face licked by a 3000 pound bull was the best lmao
That cow's tongue was bigger than my arm.
Looks like the weather in England got Chris's curls all kinds of excited.
Let's thank the wind!! 😁
Nobody likes england. Not even his hair
I love his curls more than when he has it slicked down.
Humidity and curls. It’s either a good or bad combination depending on who you ask.
Chris's curls get me excited!
“We want to see how tough Chris is in the water”
Read: “we want to see Chris in his swimsuit” 😂
... or, or if it is possible, and most preferably, even without it.
Nah, mate. Our water is freaking cold. No one goes swimming or surging without a wetsuit unless they plan on only going in for 5 minutes.
Poor Chris whenever he has to go through airport security with that box
Pretty sure he has papers to show TSA agents that he's allowed to bring it through security as it is medical equipment, because I don't think he want to take risks checking that thing in
@@emiliaholmberg3320 TSA is only an American agency. Most other countries have common police or military personnel who handle airport security usually
@@emiliaholmberg3320 Other places don't have TSA, we only do because of 9-11.
Just check it in, no problem.
American person quotes random 3 letter acronym nobody else on the planet has ever heard of & thinks people know what he's talking about.
In the UK we just have passport control & air flight security & baggage handlers who do all the security. I don't know what the acronym for them would be even tho I'm from the UK. If Chris got to the UK he got through security, no need to go through the US just to satisfy an American person's need to think the world revolves around them & their acronyms. It doesn't. It's a big wide world out there in the rest of the world. ✌
I like how Chris's immediate reaction to a horse nuzzling him it to pet him. He clearly likes animals a lot.
I've had an ulcer on my cornea before and my goodness was it painful. I can't imagine being an owl with such a bad one, poor Borris 🙁
oof contact lens related?
Sharp? Nerve shocks? Excessive tearing?
I scratched my cornea once and it was miserable, I can't imagine an ulcer!
@@109367 Same here .... the pain was incredible! It gave me a migraine !
Self distancing and staying in home and binge watching Bondi Vets, makes me feel better. Thank you for all the uploads, it's really appreciated, especially nowadays.
Hubby and I have been down with COVID for 10 days now. We are binging Bondi Vet too. Awesome,!
"we need to tightly wrap the owl"
Me: hihi burritowl
Thank you for this
Quite a few people assume that since he's a vet from the city, he won't know how to handle a farm animal properly. That's just not true.
If memory serves right, he grew up with farm animals, and he's done many cases involving farm animals.
Keep up the good work, Chris! :)
Wow- I never saw this episode, it's so great to see something new! I really miss Chris, Lisa, Tim and Andrew! I've been watching the new series- Bondi Vet Coast to Coast, but every time the show theme comes on- it makes me miss the old cast!! 😢
Old cast is the best.
I, too, miss the old crew - Drs. Chris, Lisa, Andrew and Tim. You know, their looks are one thing, but their knowledge,
compassion for both the animals and their owners is what I enjoy the most. I have watched the new show. but I just don't enjoy it.
have they stopped uploading videos with the original cast?
@@lauralametterey3353 Agreed - when a "reality" show is actually REAL. This makes me miss "Talk to the Animals" (Dr Harry Cooper) as well.
So do I. The original group is the best.
Wow! Those owls! I can't believe Boris was so chill during all the procedures. Incredible.
And Dr. Chris needs a bigger coat.
animals seem to know if you are trying to help them when they need it.
I love Chris Brown... he's such a gentleman and funny....but love his bedside manner s with the critters...😍
TrueHeartFarm the interaction with the owl was too funny .
I love him too! He is gentle, sweetly communicative with animals, very innovative!
He has so many highly valued qualities about him, but unfortunately I read somewhere that he’s somewhere between 40 and 50 years old.
So, for those of us women who are 30 or younger, he’s out of age range.
Who else only comes for Chris? 🐇
Flower Chrysanthemum
I come for the interesting cases and animals and Chris
He wasn't even near that seagull one second and already got bit. LOL.
Was bitten not got bit.
@@cheekypiper512 I do know how to correctly say it. However, ‘got bit’ sounds funnier to me, so I chose it intentionally. Lol.
when the owl is more capable of having a relationship than you.
:D so true! I'm even married and can't handle it. Lol.
@@sophiabright8371 it's my husband who can't handle it.
Chris's face as he went back out in the water was priceless. Poor guy, hahaha
Have you ever noticed that the faster a lamb’s little tail wags, the faster he sucks on the bottle? Cause and effect? Or prime the pump?
Elli Cooper 😂 my experience is pump priming lol
The tail follows the rate of the guzzling...😁
@@fallensway855 🤣
Pro Tip: You put 2 tissue papers down between the table and the foot. The tissue will rip when lifted and stick to the foot which will wear off over time. The table can be cleaned with a solvent. Problem solved.
As a volunteer with raptors, my heart was palpitating when I saw the Eagle Owl. To even be near one is on my bucket list. Dr Cris did a magnificent job catching up the bird and then treating it.
13:30
The duck also inspecting its foot
🤣❤️
Who else thought Chris was visiting the Vet on the Hill before they tapped the video.
I was honestly kinda hoping for that =p
I laughed out loud when Chris stuck the Duck's foot to the table. That was hilarious.
Loved when Chris got bitten by the seagull. That was so funny.
Gluing Carmel foot to the table priceless 🤣🦆🤣🦆🤣
I just like a lot your videos. The new women were so cruel to ask Chris to surfing into soo cold water (+9 C) compare to his expierence in Australia (+26 C or more)! Chris you are soo brave to agreed to do it and were so long time in the water!!! Thumbs up for you!
And there's a huge difference in the wetsuit they gave him and the wetsuits they wore.
@@tootz1950 It never occurred to me that the wetsuit he wore was not his own. Whoa, if they gave that to him that was kinda mean. On the other hand, Chris is a good sport and I get the feeling that half the fun for him (and the show) is shopping him around for new experiences/humorous interactions.
it does get very cold in Australia sometimes
@@999nile Yes, there's snow near Melbourne, right?
That's not cruel they're having fun
I wish we could see a collab with dr Chris and dr Scott
I really hate to say it, but it isn't the same show without Chris, Lisa and Andrew. You all care so much about the pets. Hope you three are doing whatever makes you happy. Will be watching to see if you three pop up on any new shows. The Three Amigos!
Did they leave the show?
I jst love when Dr. Chris talks with animals
I really respect Walnut's owner. His cows are friendly, clean and happy. His farm is a clean, open air beautiful facility full of happy cows. All farm animals should be treated this well. I bet his dairy products are delicious. On a side note Boris is spectacular, owls are my favorite.
If Chris was just a city vet he wouldn't be doing the things he does.. His expertise is wide ranged. I love watching him work!! He is so caring
They call him city vet because he lives in the city
As soon as Chris mentioned that if left untreated the owls eye could burst.... I got an ad for Hungry Jacks' Bursties 😳
HAHAHA priceless
Chris is one vet I would trust with my animals
What a treat to watch Vet Chris again. I've already watched all the episodes and they were amazing. I love his happiness in all situations and what style. So, The Rocky Mountains holds many fans up here in Montana not far from the Canadian border. We don't have any Tas Devils but we do have wolverines. Carry on and send us some new shows.
I agree with U 🤗 greeting's from Australia 👩❤️👩💜💙💝💕👩❤️💋👩👩❤️💋👩🙏
That begs the question; would a Wolverine or a Devil win in a fight?
I'm from Dillon
Its actually quite nice to see a dairy farmer caring so much about each and every one of his cows, most of the time in dairy farming its very common for cows to get sick, die and get disregarded due to unethical/abusive and unhygienic farming
yes, because dairy farmers dont mind feeding sick animals who doesnt give milk because they are sick, or they have to throw the milk because the cow is sick. It is not like dairy farmers depend on healthy cows that gives milk they can actually sell.
My point is.. Most of the time, dairy farms are doing things right, and take care of their animals. SOME farmers dont.
@@Goldenhawk583 trust me I know the dairy business and the big corps (which is the majority) do not care about the animals they care about the money so yes the majority do not treat the animals ethically, I mean a quick little google search would give you all the info you need, this isn't a new issue.
@@Smithschipsgirl And a deeper search would show you some moore facts.
When I do a "quick" goofle search for VEGANISM, I get a lot about how its good for , and not a thing about how its only good a few weeks at most, and will kill you eventually.
Google is not "the truth". it has an agenda, and it shows in search results.
When it comes to the huge farms, They would be factory farms to me, and not something I feel ok about.
Fact still remains, sick or too stressed cows, does not give sellable milk, aka financial loss.
@@Goldenhawk583 not sure what ur point was with the vegan thing, im not vegan and i don’t even encouraged being vegan, i know its an easy assumption u can use to back up ur argument but it holds no ground to the original comment
@@Smithschipsgirl It was just an example of how a quick google is not enough to gain reliable information, one has to look for it.
What I suspect is, we have experience from diferent countries, and possibly also from different ways of thinking about farming with animals in general.
Where I live, any cow on medication, her milk is thrown away to avoid residue in the milk people get... Same goes for milk from a sick cow.
Perhaps, most likely, those rules are more lenient elsewhere.
U don't see vets like this anymore that come to ur home. I really admire him and the work that he does.
I don’t know about the rest, but I truly believe Dr. Chris will be a great new Superman/Clark Kent. Who else thinks the same?
The duck after local anesthetic, just hanging there face down, chilling is literally a whole quarantine mood🤣🤣🤣
Oh you can tell that doctor Chris has curly hair!! when there's high humidity or rain or fog in the air curly hair just does what it wants to. I know... I have curly hair and if it was humid or foggy or whatever all the work I've done on my hair did nothing. It turned into a big frizzy mop. Dr. Chris has beautiful hair🦳
I felt so sorry for Dr. Chris going to the Water 💦. - when it was FREEZING 🥶 cold. Good job, he is a fittest person in this situation. The Girls on the beach where laughing at him, being so cold. They use to it, but not Chris coming from Australia! It was nice to see him in England. Best wishes to him. Have a safe stay. 🙏💙😇♥️💕❗️🇦🇺✈️👍‼️
I love it, a Russian owl in England treated by an Australian vet. 🤗🥰 can it get any better?
Love that they have air bed, hoist advanced anaesthesia and then cover calf’s feet with gloves 🧤
15:43 peep at the cow that’s trying to eat walnuts owners elbow😂😂😂
Your videos have been something of a godsend. 20 years ago,I had bacterial meningitis and became the poster adult for autoimmune disorders...I truly have so many I can’t rennet all the names. They all cause pain and two cause Nuero symptoms. Hubby and I had planned to travel and Australia was on our list. That’s not going to happen so your show gives me a window...especially when you treat wild animals. When I was 13 our vet lived down the street...I would work with him after school. It was so wonderful to watch animals recover...I’m now 68 yet he was often able to save animals with distemper and parvo. He treated my cat for free provided I helped with his care...and the cat survived distemper.
I used to be cross eyed so I've had to have eye surgery 3 times in my life so far so I understand what what the owl felt after the surgery
I don' know too many ranchers that would do surgery on a calf. Kudos to the ranchers for just not using this calf for hamburger.
these are dairy cows, not beek their more valuable kept in good shape
Chris is the absolute best. Lived this video.
Loved!
Got the feeling that farmer knew it was hernia from the get-go... wasn't his first rodeo.
Oh for sure. He's gotta know. Just a little producing for the audience.
I was so happy to see Dr. Chris again, I love both shows, Bondi Vet and Vet on the Hill.
This is the first time I've seen Chris with out a smile on his face when he was surfing.
Chris is the MacGyver of vets. He. Can fix most any pet problems with what ever is needed,q tip to fiberglass patch.for bird beak
What a gorgeous horse. And what gorgeous Countryside. This is quintessential England. when I think of England this is what I think of
No matter how messy and stressful it gets, I've always wanted to be a vet since I was tiny and this show just solidifies that dream of mine.
That reveal shot on Boris omg BEAUTIFUL animal 😍
I've never seen Dr. Chris' hair so out of control! 😄 His ancestors may be from Great Britain, but it seems he hasn't quite adapted to the climate
It was really weird that this video popped up in my recommended because the day before (yesterday)I was fishing with my dad and a seal popped up a couple of times and dived into the air it was sooooo cute
We love you Chris, but those puns at the end. Killing me mate!!
I am from the UK and we country folk have our own ways, but this Chris, has my respect. Good luck mucka
The love, and care, you give to those animals, are amazing!
LOL only Dr.Chris could glue a ducks foot to a table 😂 Other then that I think your an awesome very wish there was more like you that cared that much for the animals and not just another way to fill your pocket
Omg.... I can't imagine what a chore it is keeping those thoroughbred hooves in good nick in that weather!!! Though maybe it's not as bad as when it gets sodden in Australian paddocks, being so much colder? Also that duck was soooo beautiful, a supermodel...
I laughed so hard seeing those seals just bouncing and bumping themselves along as fast as they could down the beach to get into the water. They may be masters of grace and agility underwater, but definitely not on land!
15:43 KILLS ME EVERYTIME!!! There is a calf licking/Biting The farmer's elbow! 😂😂
12:26 when he said you're doing good the duck nodded
Thank god for ppl like that young beautiful woman that rescues and frees seals! Thank you so much! That’s what the ecosystem is about.
Enjoy Chris’s sense of humor! Always witty 😏👊
Hahahaha, he glued Caramel's foot to the table......
I’m in love with Dr.Chris’s smile 😊
I had an umbilical hernia when I was young my mother took me to get it taken care of. I feel with all animals that have hernias.
Oh dear, the girlfriend is scarier then me when I’m hungry. I agree with Chris of Nadia being a villain...
The seals were so CUTEEEE
The noise they made when they were mad tho-
That is the prettiest duck I've ever seen. Prettier than most people.
These guys are the BEST! I love this show!
Boris and Nadia the most incredible, impressive, almost cartoon like pair of Owls ever! They reminded me of elderly people in the Victorian era!💕💙💞💙💙💞💕👨❤️👨🤣😋🤗🙏🙏🙏
I absolutely love horses and i go horse riding ❤️
When i saw the horses in their stables i was so happy!❤️
You are welcomed anywhere you go!! Because you are willing to help any animal in need. Thank you for all you do.
Oh my gosh Dr Chris I loved this episode of u getting around in different parts of England helping out so many different people and animals it was just wonderful Thankyou xx
It's great that he got to meet our local wildlife, including the seagull that will pick your eyes out of it so feels.
Goodness, what an awesome video, full of never seen procedures & a stuck Caramel😊 priceless. And girls you're not being fair, Chris doesn't live in a place that's as cold as your hometown 😵😌😍😍😍 but it was a great move to show everyone what a cool Doc he truly is & cold or not, he did not back down from hitting the waves👍👍👍👍💕💕 Hugs & Stay safe & Healthy.
I love Boris‘s eyes they’re very pretty fiery red color they’re very mesmerizing kind of like a red Amber color.
Wish human eyes could change like this, it's mesmerizing
Boris' eye color means that he is a dawn/dusk hunter. Owls with yellow eyes are daytime hunters, while owls with dark brown/black eyes are nighttime hunters 😊🦉
My ex father in law lived in Newquay. Absolutely beautiful town. I loved every minute of my visit there. I'm getting reminders of so many areas from when I used to live in England. It's making me very nostalgic. I loved England. Thank you for the chance to reminisce.
Chris looks great in those plaid (?) shirts! Especially the purple one! ❤️❤️❤️
Excellent episode, Bondi Vet! LOVE that the nurses gave Chris - a bronzed god of Bondi Beach - a hard time about the cold surf in Cornwall. He's such a good sport. :-D One of the most excellent take-aways from the Bondi Vet shows is the unimaginable variety of veterinary specialties out there. I wonder how many vets truly knew they were going to rescue/rehab seals, specialize in equine race horses, anesthesiology, dentistry, bagging and tagging, etc. Thank you, Bondi Vet Channel!
So many people doing so much good for so many animals is so great and heart warming.
Love the UK, gorgeous animals. But oh boy this is one handsome young man. Love these programmes. I’m a fan. Thank you 💫
Beautiful country... beautiful horses
What a beautiful duck!
I had a kitten with a hernia, I had to watch him carefully. Eventually he was given up (without my permission of course because why tf not) and hopefully got the care he needed
What a lovely surprise to see Bondi Vet in my home country and county! I got a bit homesick. Hilarious to see his face in that water, I've got to say (sorry); I've never seen that expression on Chris before!
I love the show, I'm living in Salt Lake City, Utah. USA and I just love the way he explains some of the things that are happening to the animals, thank you for the show
Those girls definitely just wanted to see him shirtless lol
A Person who doesn’t?!
I love that the duck lady matched the cage with the color of her ducks
Who could possible hate this man!
I really wish i could watch the show on Tv in the USA. 🇺🇸 i love this show so much!!! Plus Chris is fun to watch.
I love like all three, chris, the duck and the woman looked at the ducks foot 🤣
Gotta love the cow trying to eat the farmers elbow 🤣 I’m dead
I love watching your videos because at the end of the day I know that All the animals are safe and it always makes my day when I watch a video
thank you sooo much for showing the operation, the breathing issue, etc. a lot of us really appreciate it. :) 🌷🐄
that is one beeooutiful duck - it ‘is’ a caramel color and the feathers fit into each other so smoothly. good luck little duckie :) 🦆
England/Britain is incredibly beautiful countryside.
