Labour is a dead duck..You need to pay staff equal to, or near equal to what they can reasonably get paid in other countries. JUniour doctors, after 7 years of study are on £16 per hour. THey typically do 12 and 14 hour shifts and are on call. The NHS is undersaffed because NHS workers are over stressed and leaving for Australia,Canada and the USA. There is a vicious circle where this exodus leads to more stress. Meanhile Tory donors are creaming it in running agencies and getting contracts for services to privatised health care. This is a deliberate running down of the NHS and the Tories are profiting from misery.
