Open the hatch on bottom between door and wheel.

Below your Dash on driver side. Open the latch under there.

OBD 2 port, it’s usually under the steering column, trapezoidal shape with rounded edges. Sometimes has a latch you need to open, in which case it’s usually closer to the door.

Check Amazon, they're surprisingly affordable. I got mine two years ago. I don't remember what I paid, right around $40 I think. Definitely less than $100.
