    That is a beautiful embroidery piece! The final look looks soooo good! Random question. Where did you get your ring from on your left hand?

      It’s my engagement ring my husband bought me. I honestly have no idea where he got it. But I love it too :)

    Great idea using the glass to frame embroidery. I just bought a little mirror at HL for a little embroidery piece I made. It is a round mirror/frame so I think I can do the same thing. Thanks❤

    Would the sharp edges not eventually wear out the embroidery over time and the tapewoulddisintergrate

    Very nice. Can you tell me why you placed the glass behind the fabric?

    • @threadunraveled
      @threadunraveled  Рік тому

      So that you can see the texture and detail of the embroidery.

    Did you leave the glass inside the marerial?

    Does it work for cross stitch

      I would imagine you could do this for cross stitch, but I don’t ever do cross stitch, so I haven’t tried it myself

    What kind of fabric do you use? Why did you use 2 fabrics?

    Great way ... however, it would be better if glass is in front of embroidery ... I have huge college project handmade Embroidery frames behind glass , and even after 27 years they are still on the wall saved and without dirt in my parents house.

    The glass should stay on top of the embroidery, otherwise the embroidery will get all the dust in the room.

      I prefer to put it underneath so that I can see the texture of the embroidery :) if it gets dusty, you can use a lint roller to clean it up.

      The glass can squash the stitches too.
