Thank you Helen, that was super quick and easy! I don't enjoy mounting my finished work as the process is usually so time consuming, so things often sit in a drawer waiting for ages. Hopefully I can start displaying more pieces now!
Ooooh what a wonderful way to lace up our work Helen - thank you so very much for sharing this. To know this is just so valuable when you stitch. 😊
So pleased it has helped! xx
Thank you very much Helen, your clear demonstration has given me the confidence to try this out for myself. It was lovely to catch a glimpse of your furry friends too!

Gracias muy bien
You are very welcome!
Thank you for the great advice!
I’m having trouble finding a good backing board - do you have any recommendations or links? Thank you!
Silk thread and the float stitches must take special care. Can you do a video on the safe keeping of your embroidery art? I am asking because of embroidery on clothing and also the float stiches would be crushed behind glass or those do you put in a shadow box frame?
Sorry for the delay in replying! I do not have a vid on that subject at the moment, but thanks for a great idea! I shall also be doing vids on materials and embroidery tools. Watch this space! x
