After nearly 40 years at sea, I have decided to call it a day, hang up my old sea-boots and work on an organic farm across the road from me. So....I have decided to record my last ever trip at sea. We steam out of Lerwick in the Shetland Islands on board an ERRV (Emergency Response & Rescue Vessel) for one last time.
Thanks to all of you who have followed The Crews & myself over the last decade. IT'S BEEN A BLAST

@@thetrinityfarmproject-xf2di Yes, and the ocean, too. Theres something romantic about that life to a man... it's been written about and sang about for centuries. You'll visit the beach and look beyond the veil. Just remember the great memories and now you'll make new ones. I just retired from military Civil service a year ago. Retirement is either good or bad, depends on what you make of it. Putting your hands in dirt grounds you. It keeps you safe and healthy. Keep your heart right and it will be a great new adventure. Always move forward.
