- Here is my drum playthrough of my band The Word Alive's song 'Trapped'. The album, Dark Matter, premieres March 18th. I recorded the whole album still on crutches from my broken left foot injury last summer, which altered my sound in a way I believe to be for the better. Hope you guys enjoy it, there will be more to come.

I love how Luke wrote this song. It's deceptively complex, from the fill into the chorus, and the cymbal fill in the chorus. Crazy song Luke, love it!

Your kit sounds absolutely immense dude, super clean - loving the track too!
Even though this isn't the most technically amazing drum part, you play it with pure conviction and even the most basic drum parts can become incredible with that. Props to you man and you really deserve millions of subs.
Only drummer I know of who'd still track a album with a broken foot, respect for that, sick videos as always

Dude, this is so much better than your usual playing for one reason: POCKET. You have chops for days, but I'm such a sucker for good pocket drumming. Incredibly tasteful. Keep up the good work.
