Truck is looking great 👍
Thank you!
It was great to meeting you at the Turkeyrod run today. Maybe I could look at how you put your Terminator X max together. I've got one for my 383 for my K20....Yes K not C :-)
Likewise Tony! Yes sir, I'm more than happy to meet up. Shoot me a message on IG. @bazertheblazer
Looks good . Should have mounted the ecu where you could see the LED's
I ran my the same way but changed it to the center of the firewall
You can see the LEDs of the ECU through the speaker slots on the dash. You can actually see them while you're driving.
Well I did think about the speaker not being there
Good way of doing it now. 👏
I ran my harness through the clutch hole too but I think it's too close to the header on mine. I'm gonna put a hole in the firewall near the middle passenger side. mounted my ecu in the same spot as you. love the video I'm doing the same truck!
Love it man! Our headers drop almost straight down so there is no issues with the harness being too close. You could also look at getting a DEI heat shroud which sleeves the wires with a heat resistant material. I ran this on my trans cooler lines and fuel line where it's close to the exhaust/ headers.
Your channel has been a great resource for me. Is the harness long enough to make it under the seats?
Thank you!! I believe you would be able to mount this under the seat but I don't think you would be able to get it very far back. Hope this helps.
What kind of grommet did you use for the clutch hole when you ran the harness?
I grabbed a couple of different large grommets off amazon and had to cut one to fit. It's kind of an awkward hole but grommet has held up great so far.
@@motortopiaondemand awesome thank you
Even the 1982 Chevy c-10 truck deserves going faster than 100 mph than 65mph in Terminator 2 Judgement Day. Unless that truck had a 2019 Chevy Corvette engine and transmission is a costly makeover option.
