    I thought I was the only person that used baby oil for the rails.. Bro that baby oil worked perfectly and made the rails slide throw the lining so easy...

    These pools are awesome. Our school has 2 of them. Our kids are so excited about coming to school every morning and its very economical for the school to have them. They are the real thing. We've posted some pictures of the same on our Facebook page. Thumbs up for intex.

    We have the 16' x 48" pool, but we have the same sand filter/salt water system and we LOVE it! Good to know if we upsize the pool, the filter system will be able to handle it.

    Thanks for the video. Just for some information I have the 16 x 32 15,000 gallon Intex pool. I filled it with my city water. I was worried it would add a lot to my water bill but it only added about $70 or $80 to it. The local water delivery guy wanted over $600 to fill my pool. I do live in a different state, so water prices may be different. I also put some videos of my pool on UA-cam you can search (Kendee intex) to find them.

    I don't live in Boston, but I am Italian. Never apologize for who you are Bro, Especially if you're Italian! But I'm thinking of getting this pool,but I've heard but the saltwater route isn't the best way to go, because it will rust your frame and and all this and that, so I'm torn on whether to go with chlorine or salt. That's really the only thing stopping me from taking the plunge right now, literally....

    Hello I bought this pool and a bag of the salt. I filled up the container (still about 1/4 bag left) and ran the backwash and then the rinse. You said you used almost 200 pounds of salt. Can you explain how? Also I put in a floater with 2 chlorine tablets and 2 liters of hydrochloric acid. After doing that I noticed the next day that the little slime that was building almost disappeared. Thanks

    • @limaniopasquale2579
      @limaniopasquale2579  7 років тому

      If you bought the same one with a salt generator. You will need to add 210 pounds of salt directly in water. I don't know what container you are talking about. Let the salt dissolve for 24 hours bye running the sand pump only then turn on the salt generator, I would put it on boost if you have slime. I do not use any other chemicals in my pool. Check the PH level also, it might be to high or low. Hope this helps

    I checked the comments and I haven't seen my question asked yet. We're in the process of filling it in with water. As you were filling it in, did you notice the 24' sides bending inwards more than the 12' sides of the pool? I'm worried it the sides might cave in as the pool gets continues to get more full of water.

    Hi There! We are having someone come out to level our yard before getting the pool up for the first time. The instructions state its a requirment if the ground is not concrete to place pressure treated wood under each u shape support flush with the ground. It does not appear you did this, how is yours holding up? My concern is we would have to put the pool up just to see where the unshape supports are and mark the area so our contractor can strategically place these level with the ground. Just seems like a nightmare.

    • @limaniopasquale2579
      @limaniopasquale2579  2 роки тому

      I put brick pavers , So broke while the water was filling. But they are fine. its not alot of work to locate them once the pool is up. As long as there is not water in it, You just lift the u shape peice up and place them under. Just make sure the pool is level.
      Hope this helps.. If you have any other tips,, Just ask, Thanks for watching

      I dint know how many gallons your old pool was or what the gallons per hour your filter is, so i cant answer that. If you don't use the salt generator you will need to use chemicals to keep the PH level. I dug out under them and put crushed rock. It helped none snapped last year filling. hope this helps

      I would recommend taking it down. Just because are winters are so bad some times. It does come with a thick cover that you could use if not. I would Drain it passed the intake holes if you wanted to keep it up, and tie the cover down. Hope this helps..

I have only used chlorine so I have no idea how these salt pools work.Would you know if the manual gives instructions on winterizing for winter? Wonderful news. We had a 12' round pool from BestWay with metal poles and 70% of the poles rusted out. Granted we didn't spend a lot, but now we are going to invest $1,000 and we NEED it to last 2-3 years.
