The top of the platforms that support the legs must be at the same level as the bottom of the pool. Otherwise it is an additional operator on the legs. Beyond that, the arches will disappear as a condition for continuing to fill the pool with water.
You gotta fill the pool... I have the same exact pool and let me tell you something, it needs to be filled with water. I've had mine out for years and it's amazing for the price.
