Alright lads so I have watched Oppenheimer 4 times consecutively over a week and found 23 incredible hidden details and deeper meanings.
Now if you don't know me, I watch movies at 0.25x speed and try to find hidden details and easter eggs.
But for this movie I couldn't really do that, since there's literally no action scenes or CGI scenes to break down in slow-motion.
However, I still managed to catch some amazing hidden details in the movie all thanks to Christopher Nolan's incredible talent.

Another detail is that when Oppenheimer was teaching in his class we hear "Quantom Physics", a slowed down version of " Can you hear the music", because while he could "hear the music" meaning that he knew the theories, he needed to explain them with slow paces in order for the students to understand.

It’s not really a slowed down version it uses more instruments to show the students understand. You might consider it a slowed down version because of the student’s slowly learning. Until we hear the full song towards the end showing the students got the hang of it, but Oppenheimer understands it better

Oppenheimer is a brilliant film, and I've already seen it 7 or 8 times since I saw it in theaters back in August. I can say without a doubt that this is my favorite movie now.
I am always transfixed at the first hour's expertly written exposition; Nolan is a master at giving the audience just enough surface-level information to understand the plot, but just nuanced enough to allow us to unearth deeper context upon subsequent viewings.
The second hour's crescendo leading up to the explosion gets you more invested in Oppenheimer's reasoning behind his role in the Manhattan project, while the last hour shows the unraveling of Oppenheimer's life after he came to terms with how the US and the USSR absconded with all the scientist's work to secure their respective powers.
Truly, this film delivered a payload of polish and complexity at a time where it was most needed. It's no wonder why Oppenheimer received 7 oscars because it's already an instant classic!

I personally loved the symbols related to quantum mechanics used in the "Can You Hear the Music" sequence. There is of course the particles effects, but I really liked how Nolan gave us symbols of quantum mechanics through everyday phenomenons, like the fire Oppenheimer watches in his room (the burning wood acts like a black body and the black body radiation phenomenon led to the first introduction of quantas by Planck and is therefore one of the first problems we tackle when learning quantum mechanics) that shifts to an image of the sun, which is modeled as a black body... We then see him conduct experiments on the dynamics of throwing a rubber ball and glasses of wine, where the first one is easily solvable with Newtonian physics, whereas the other is more suitably solved with statistics, a great reference to the new mathematics that had to be used by physisicts to solve quantum mechanics related problems, where Newton's Principia Mathematica could not provide a good theoretical answer. Another great one is when lying in his bed, Oppenheimer sees what could be interpreted as Young's interference bands, which brought to light (sorry for that poor choice of words) the fact that light both acted as waves and as particles, another principle that is taught early into quantum mechanics studies.
I always love it when Nolan does not feel the need to explain everything and just knows that his audience will understand, it gave me litteral goosebumps . That feeling also struck me everytime that we got to see great physicists like Bohr, Feynmann, Fermi, etc., and even mathematician Kurt Gödel. They often were not introduced other than by name, which either gave goosebumps to those who knew them or simply demonstrated to the others that this project involved more than just a man, but an entire world of genius scientists and engineers.
Oppenheimer now sits besides Interstellar in my Letterboxd top 4 movies... An utterly well crafted biopic that was able to encapsulate the wonders and beauties of the quantum revolution and its forever alterating impacts on the modern world.
If any mistake made its way into my comment, I'm sorry for my english it isn't perfect :)

13:35 If the black glove was a bloody hand, Nolan would’ve done a triple entendre. 1. (While obvious) the blood on Oppenheimer’s hands. 2. The blood of Florence’s character. 3. COMES A TALL HANDSOME MAN IN A DUSTY BLACK COAT AND A RED RIGHT HAND 🔔🔔

9:01 It is possible that fission v fusion could just be the literal development of the bombs of that era. Throughout the Manhattan Project they were attempting to develop a fission weapon, whereas later on in the era of the hearings the U.S was attempting to develop fusion bombs.

I have to rewatch this scene, but they tell us who the spy is from the beginning. In the AEC meeting when they reference the spy at Los Alamos, that's when they introduce Klaus Fuchs. The next scene Colonel Groves introduces him to Oppenheimer

14:00 The second to last scene where Oppenhemier is in the aircraft with the missile being shot overhead is actually also a reference to William Borden. While flying back to Britain on the return of his mission, he witnessed the V-2 Rockets that Germany shit at London

I think the chain reaction metaphor also applies to the chain reaction of countries acquiring atomic devices, and the increase in number of warheads. Predicting thefuture.

i believe the bath tub death is a nod to the consipiracy theory that she's been murdered though the official reason is suicide. and i believe till today, no one knows for sure. hence, the quick flickering between the 2 types of death during the scene.

I noticed something, but I don't know if it is correct information. Namely, the scene when the atomic bomb is detonated, we first see light and then, after a long time, sound, which is logical because light is faster than sound. I did a little math and I came to the conclusion that the time it took in the movie for the sound to get from the place where the bomb detonated to the bunker was three times longer than it took in real life, but then I realized that it was three such bunkers and in the film it can be seen exactly that all three of those bunkers are shown. Which tells us that Christopher did not fail in his research but showed all three scenes in all three bunkers in full time.

At 11:50 he says that einstien is seen throwing a stone, its basically a reference to how einstein as like a man of curiosity threw a stone in the poind of physics and found theory of general relativity in 1904. And how these guys (including oppenheimer) saw that and made something completely different out of it.
