The UK is pretty dire at the moment especially with the current government, but a lot of incorrect info in this video. Most places in the UK are pretty peaceful as well. I could go to almost any county in the UK and find somewhere as peaceful and tranquil as the area you're in. The point about train refunds isn't correct. If the train is delayed or cancelled and you therefore choose not to travel you can get a refund with any of the train operators in the UK. If it's delayed by a certain amount and you choose to travel you can also get a partial refund. Upper end of UK teachers salary is 60k. That's not slightly above average that's almost double the median UK household income and it's taxed at 20% between £12,570 and £50,270 and 40% above that for a total tax of £11,428.40 or 19%. This is probably area dependant but I've lived in many areas including very busy GPs in London and have never failed to get an appointment. Sure you have to call up early in the morning when they open which is shit, but you'll get an appointment. On the organised crime index Russia places 19th with a score of 6.87 while the UK is 61st with a score of 5.75.
