Мало того,взлетная полоса оставалась вдоль торгового центра до последних дней. Сейчас её снимают и будут строить что-то очередное. Эту стройку вы и обходили в начале видео. Последний самолет взлетел с этого места,на котором стоит ТЦ, в 2004 году. В сети много фото тех времен.

As a Crimean, i can say that in general, sanctions working only here, in crimea, cause we dont have alot of online services as youtube, google and etc. since 2014. Moreover, russian corporations dont want to enter our region couse they will be under sanctions, so we have our own internet/mobile calls providers and banks

Мы привыкли терять все свои накопления и вставать из разрухи и нищеты вновь и вновь. И никакие санкции не сделают нам настолько больно, чтобы всё рухнуло как предрекает запад. Мы приспособимся, будем стараться поддерживать друг друга и какими бы не были решения правительства - всё равно со временем будет становится лучше

It's a very nice apartment/flat. Lovely parquet floors, and ceiling cornicing (I think that's what it's called). Must be quite old. Does need a little bit of decorating =- wall paper is lifting a bit. I love the outside. Gardens, facilities for the dogs, and kids and a lovely park over the road.

I was in Russia a few months ago. Moscow is definitely nicer than most big cities in the west and no sign of sanctions. Daily life was normal.

You should buy the flat and have it redecorated with the right furniture. Lots of potential. High ceilings but low doors
