I call mine the “back road blaster”. Sportys are made for curvy secondary roads…screw sport bikes. I had a Cagiva 650 which was a badged Ducati. Screaming Pantah engine, fast, and like being on a sawhorse with handlebars. Sucked bigly. i have had 4 883 Sportys and one 1200. My track record shows the 883 doesn’t suck like a lot of haters say. It shows that you have more skill working over the gearbox and throttle. Hah! Take that!!!

What I forgot about washing trucks, you haven't learned yet. By the time you got one side washed, and I mean Washed with soap and water, not just prep the trucks and then rinse it.I used real soap and brightened the aluminum in the same step and then i switched to soap to cut the grease and everything and brightened everything. Then i switched to rinse all without changing nozzles or leaving the work area. I had over thirty years of experience under my belt and over thirty thousand dollars worth of equipment in my truck. I use to do over 105 trucks in a day and they came out nice, and i had some very large fleets of trucks. All you did here, i didn't see much soap and it took you longer to do one side than i did to do the entire dump truck.

I agree in that 50-55 hrs is the preferred amount. Enough OT to get a good paycheck, but those 65 hr weeks can drain you, even though they pay well.
