To my understanding, the presence of Stormtroopers was merely signified by the importance of their mission or the presence of their commanding officer. Stormtroopers were deployed to Tatooine simply because they were chasing after a high value target, overseen by Vader himself. Hoth was obvious. Vader was there, and they were going after the Rebel Alliance rather than a simple group of rebels. Bespin, same ideas as Tatooine. High value targets, plus Vader. Battle of Endor was to defend the second Death Star's shield system. Star Wars Rebels has ISB, Inquisitors, Tarkin, Thrawn, and Vader, not to mention Palpatine's other operatives. Similar can be said with the Kenobi series and Rogue One.

I disagree. I think how it happened in the old EU/Legends makes perfect sense in how long it took compared to the new canon.

Even the sets and overall feel of the first order looked dope, it was just the execution of the story that ruined it, what a waste

Hear me out: The jedis not want any kind of attachment because they fear it lead to the darkside, they fear emotion because they fear it lead to the darkside, they don't understand(i think don't definde well)what is the darkside. If they don't fear they know what really mean to be in the light, they still not use it. The code of the jedi is wrong if we look at a human point of view it's not a human way to not feel. In Anakin's case: if they allowed to have attachments then he can go to anybody for help in episod 3, he not fall into the darkside because of the fear of losing Padmé I think that but i understand your opinion, and anyway the good thing is we can add thing as long as we don't hate each other for their opinion. In my brain, I like to think Vader was testing Captain Antilles. Of course this ship is the one with the plans in it, but the rebels had a job to do and that was to protect the plans and the princess so they lied directly to Vader. Of course this was an oversight though, that's the issue with Star Wars you just gotta overthink everything to make it all work.

Did you guys know that that clone is actually a real person let alone a military veteran. They wanted to get the most realistic shot so that clone is actually a real person.
