How does drinking more water lower blood pressure? My doctor prescribed diuretics to reduce the water in my system to lower my blood pressure. These seem contradictory.
Water helps to dilute salt and sugar in the blood, making it thinner so it can flow more easily around our organs. It also helps to break down the foods we eat. I am not a doctor. This is just my opinion

You are an amazing medical doctor! As an RN that has worked with Health Plans and Managed Care Organizations, I have done the Informatics on large populations with an empasis on MediCal in CA, since that is the largest population that belongs to HMO's. With that said, it's very very hard for the average person to find a medical doctor or mid-level provider that undersatnds how important the "whole person's lifestyle" is determining their health. People need to understand the importance of routine exams with preventive screening exams for early detection and interventions. But our overburdened healthcare system doesn't provide enough access or pro-active outreach and engagement to influence these "Lifestyle" changes and also provide effective interaction in between office visits. Increase the access and interactions, enhance the engagement with technology and improve the outcomes. #rpm #ccm #caremenegment #casemanagement

this is more of a psychological product. mainly, snacks are in big bags, and thus people open the bag, watch tv while eating or doing something, and dont realize how much they've eaten. this is 1 snack per bag. you have to put effort to open it to get to the cookie. it is also filling due to quinoa having a decent amount of fiber. i maybe eat 2 or 3 the most. this a great way to portion control. it forces you to realize what you are eating in front of you as you open the bag. 30 or 60 calories is far better than 1000+ calories and an insane amount of sugar from a box of oreos or bag of chips. many struggle with portion control this product helps in that department.
