Work of the governor? matches killing the soldiers before they've even had a chance to draw weapons, He never seemed to have a reason other than seeing another group as a treat to eliminate.

This is one of the creepier areas in the later seasons because large scale survival groups like this were a rarity. You either had stragglers, or active, living communities.

Here’s my theory being a Soldier myself so hear me out what happened during the first two weeks of the outbreak the survivors were held up at the carnival then the military showed up and took control set up a defensive perimeter as you can see by the chain link they were attacked by another group because their weapons were still slung or here’s another theory they all died by illness and reanimated and started attacking one another eventually they lost control of the situation the civilians panicked tried to drive through the fence with a car hitting one of the soldiers killing him instantly after that the rest of the soldiers were overwhelmed and by the looks of it one did escape and ran off to call for backup as the beginning of the epidemic that Walker she killed that had a radio was a soldier who was more than likely but and turned

Id love to see a third spin off show that lasts as long as fear and the first show they need to show the early days not start off like wolrd beyond where decades have passed

I’m pretty sure a rebellion by some military members was the reason upon seeing civilians being treating with their hands bound. And civilians tried to escape seeing as the car with the soldier in the windshield and soldiers with guns in hands. Some may have left and upon leaving, headshot the dead or wounded as for them not to turn.

Go figure actual zombies are running around and someone is still more interested in kidnap and grape over survival.

im not gonna lie bro, robert kirkman saying anything about twd outside of the actual comics and show, is *very* questionable information, since he has admitted to lying about the lore of the zombie virus (yes kirkman, i said zombie), just to purposefully mess with people. theres no 100% way of knowing eating infected people would actually infect them or not, theres just no credibility to kirkmans claims after years of this behavior hell, i remember him trying to make judith die as early as the prison arc just because he felt like it would cool to see or something, not even joking, theres no other reason lmao

This place reminded me so much of the prison after it was destroyed. I would have loved a web episode where a person would have found the destroyed prison a few months later and then explored. Simply the many questions in the persons head.

My own theory is that the bound people we're executed. The soldiers didn't have the intel that Wildfire was in the general population and not just spread by bites. The bound people reanimated before they could be buried and attacked a couple of soldiers. Those soldiers are the ones that were hit with the headshots. Pandemonium ensued. Cats and dogs living together! Mass hysteria!

I think this sums up why I never ended up watching the walking dead. I just never understood every living splitting off into factions instead of joining and killing all the walkers then continuing life on. Instead everyone because enemies and I thought that was dumb.

Good video again. This is the best TWD-centric channel going. I'll add a second mystery about this safe zone. It's presumably right in the middle of the territory claimed by Negan - so why haven't the Saviors, or Hilltop, the Kingdom, or even the hapless library group (before Negan killed them off), already discovered it and picked it clean long before Rick & Michonne blunder across it? Surely by the time R&M found it, enough of the other survivors had picked up the same survival skill set or made up successful ones of their own, so someone really should have wiped out the walkers at the school and taken all the guns & food quite a considerable time before R&M did.
