Hello thanks for stopping by. I’m sure the cheaper Amazon winch controller would have worked. I was afraid since it had no instructions I would hook it up wrong. I heard and watched a couple other channels that used one and it worked for some but others it overflowed their hydraulic reservoir and cased some potential pressure damage. I just wanted to play it safe and use the remote that was made for the pump that was plug and play to eliminate damage to an already expensive trailer and maybe void warranty. 🤷‍♂️

Yeah mixed hardwoods is the way to go for me. Easy to keep up on that around here! Up until a few days ago I was hurting for oak. Takes so long to dry but I love splitting it. Thanks for stopping by Matt👊🏻

Yes it was. This Sassafras is some cool stuff. It also makes great kindling. Last year I mixed it with pine in my kindling bundles. You should have smelled that! Tractors are great! I want one😂 Appreciate ya Jacob👊🏻

Yeah we have a few here and there. I do like how it smells. We had a big one in our front yard as a kid. It had a tire swing in it and we were always kicking off the tree and the bark smelled awesome. Does split and burn nice as well. Thanks for watching James

Free is good!! Delivered is also good😂Yeah I just had another drop from my other tree service. Just the opposite. HUGE stuff. Some of it will be donated to the burn pile! Good idea on splitting after you cut for a little bit! It also changes it up a little bit so it doesn’t get so monotonous😂 Take care Ben👊🏻

Doin just fine. I have heard from some that they upgraded to a bigger oiler. I have never had a problem with mine running a 25” bar🤷‍♂️
