It is good to use caution when buying a pre-owned sleeping bag. The material on the down sleeping bags will rot over time and tear easily. A supply sergeant gave me a sleeping bag one time. I found out why. It was rotten and losing feathers. There are people on eBay selling old down sleeping bags and they are leaking.

Thanks for posting! I just found (2) of these on the curb along with 50MREs. I swore i hit the jack pot! There were also two smaller compression sacks that felt very damp and were half the size, i left those behind. Everything else is in mint condition!
