Happy 40th ... late... Brother, those pulls are great ideas. I tidied up my GP strap extensions i made out of 550, by slipping heat shrink tube around the doubled up 550 so it wouldnt seperate. Less weight than the fuel line, might be an idea in another project. Great video brother😊
Thanks brother. The big 40😬. Seems liked the heat shrink tubing worked good. I like the pull tabs. They can be used as a fire starter too I think. Thanks for watching as always 🤗
happy past birthday Scotty!! thanks to Angel survival man Scotty you're a lucky man haha. thanks for the video as always ! no camping or camping for me until next year. we are probably doing an overnighter and i might get to use the happy suit for the first time... fingers cross. anyways may God bless you with many many more awesome birthdays Scotty !
Hey thank you. I would be lost without Angell survival for sure. She is the best. I hope you get to use your happy suit. That's one I haven't got yet. 😬. I've heard they are really warm. Thanks again for watching and God Bless🤗
Happy belated birthday Scotty! That's a great gift Angel got you. I wouldn't mind having one of those. My hand sewing is terrible. Cool stove! I think I've seen one of those before, but not the metal case. Very nice. Great idea for the zipper pulls. Take care, God bless.
Thanks Jeff. Angell is the best. I'm going to have to take some classes on it. I have some projects I've been wanting to do, but could only hand sew, so this is going to be awesome. Hope all is well and take care see you in the next video 🤗
Thanks man!!!. It's pretty cool. I'm going to get it fully operational sometime and counter balance the weight out and see how it does. Hope you find one. Thanks for watching as always.
Peak 1 was very common a few decades back, but never seen a USMC marked case. The case is ideal for a plane/snowmobile survival kit as the case can be used to elt snow/boil water. Likely you may need to replace the seals, I had an O-ring fail on an MSR Whisperlite and tried to light it twice before I noticed the fuel leak. Good tip on the bag.
You got that from the sportsman guide, didn't you. I might get one. I've been collecting backpacks. And its 7:00 pm and crappie outside here in Wisconsin. It's been snowing all day.
I actually bought it from Midway USA about 5 years ago. I think $80 all together. Seems like everything has gone up in price these days. Where abouts in Wisconsin are ya?
@@gwpattrick nice looks like your east of Madison. We stop their for the night before we head up to eagle River area this time of the year. Ya those packs have gone up for sure.
Go Scotty! My year has been a total bust for the first time in my life, not even a single overnight.
Been a helluva year.
O dang man!!!. I hope your able to get out soon. You guy's get some awesome winters up there🥶🥶🥶. Always good to hear from ya turtle wolf pack🤗💯👍
@@scottysurvival been really mild so far, coldest we have had was only about -10 Celcius so far and no real snow to stay at all.
