Something I like about Arcanine, which is an unwritten rule that Game Freak has been respecting since Gen 2: It has the highest base stat total in the game (555) for pokemon that don't fit the following categories: - Legendaries, mythicals, UBs, pseudos (all are 570+) - Pokémon with severe detractive abilities (Slaking is 670, Archeops is 567) Even fully evolved titans from newer generations, such as Ursaluna and Kingambit, only reach 550. Granted they're minmaxed enough to be much MUCH more efficient than Arcanine, it's cool that they're still respecting Arcanine's "Legendary" status. Fun fact 2: the pokemon that comes the closest to Arcanine's 555 is Florges with 552.

I think Fearow is fine the way it is. You have to keep in mind you get Fearow at level 20 from an early game Pokemon. So by design it’s a Pokemon that’s supposed to shine in the early game but falls off a bit while still being decent in the late game. These changes push Fearow away from its intended use, making it something it’s not. Also Aerilate is a stupid ability for Fearow to have because it basically removes its normal typing for no real reason

If they can give a baby evolution, they can rise it's stat to become a Pseudo Legendary Pupplit Growlithe Arcanine

Arcanine is already 'the legendary pokemon'

I think just changing how Growlithe evolves would be neat. Something like go to some out-of-the-way spot in Cerulean Cave and click an innocuous rock to open a cave and go on an annoying trek to a place where your Growlithe will evolve if it's holding some item Bill gives you, has max friendship, and is the only mon in your party. Growlithe stays as a relatively common encounter, but Arcanine earns its "Legendary" status from such specific requirements to evolve.

I'd actually give it the normal/fire typing, and I would bring its special attack up by 10 points to 115. This would give it access to stab extreme speed, and in the case of special sets stab boom burst which will be added to its move pool. Additionally, I would also replace its abilities other than intimidate except I'd replace them with scrappy and rock head. Scrappy lets extreme speed and boom burst hit normal types, and rock head lets it use flare blitz and double edge without recoil.

I feel like raising Haxorus’s speed makes it too strong. It was balanced by being slower than base 100 speed Pokémon, and now you’ve made it faster and stronger than Garchomp. I suggest putting the extra points into special attack instead, for balancing purposes

I feel like Kingdra not being a pseudo-legend is pretty thematic speaking Lance uses Dragonite as his signature partner while Clair uses the inferior Kingdra as her signature partner.

I love Aggron, and you made some great changes, but Glaive Rush is Baxcalibur's signature move and I don't want to take that from him. Maybe replace it with Dragon Tail/Breaking Swipe for more utility, especially with Assault Vest.

To be honest, Unburden is a much better option than UV-Skin, theres a reason why Sneasler and Hawlucha use this ability even though they are already blazing fast, what Sceptile truly need is Nasty Plot and maybe Aura Sphere or Earth Power since its has poor coverage, it wouldn't be perfect, but it would patch it up nicely.

Personally I would rather make Venusaur's stats to be: HP 130 Atk 90 Def 95 SAt 100 SDf 105 Spe 80 Boosting HP gives them more overall bulk. Also 80 speed already on nice spot for whether or not you want to use Trick Room. Venusaur already has Chlorophyll if you want to go fast, so investing too much on its speed would reducing its effective stats. For ability I wouldn't go for Solar Power since its typing is pretty weak offensively. While in other hand, its actually very good defensively for a grass type. Its resist 5 type including Fairy and Water, and immune to poison status and powder moves. So for ability I would rather go for Thick Fat to remove its fire and ice weakness, or Flower Gift for stronger yet more durable physical Venusaur.

I'd have him make a grass field that gives him sunny day benefits for solar beam that activates upon field entry. Also every grass move has a random chance to do a status effect like stun or poison or leech life.
