Some jokes you didnt like as a woman... well Al Murray Parodies The Archetypal Patriotic British Landlord and takes the piss out of everything and everyone including his own language and culture ...if you are offended by some of his jokes you are just playing into that Archetype Frankly Get a grip. There are far worse comedians out there who specialise in being pretty damn offensive such as Frankie Boyle who manages to be offensively funny but without Al Murrays Education (Oxford) inellect and wit. Getting offended by someone who is pretending to be an offensive person isnt very Intelligent is it

This young lady is a natural for TV, and I am an 88 year old guy, so it is not some kind of "crush". I simply think that she is so versatile in her posts, and she looks like she is comfortable being filmed. She is also an extremely attractive young lady and I am sure that she would have a big following if she were on TV.

As I posted earlier, I am an old guy......88 years old to be precise, so I am NOT trying to get in touch with this young lady. I have to admit, however, that she is possibly one of the most beautiful ladies on this website. I find her video clips really great, she is not afraid to show her feelings, and to laugh out loud at some of the things that she hears. Well done Vanessa, just keep posting the clips that you enjoy. Best wishes always.

So sorry Vanessa. I owe you a big apology, I was under the impression that you were American, I have just watched your video about confusing things in London, and you said that you were an Austrian From Vienna, (one of the most beautiful Cities in the World) Sorry for my mistake

  • @terrywright7470

A long story, so I will make it very short. I was a production manager in Egypt a long time ago. I decided to learn Arabic, and one day one of my supervisors asked me what I was going to do after work. When I told her she fell about laughing, with genuine tears running down her face. When she had composed herself she explained that I had said (In Arabic) that I was going to be a thief, she explained that the word for the Pyramids (which is where I was going), Is El Haram, and I had used the word Harami instead of the correct word.......and in Arabic, Harami is a thief. So I understand this post from Vanessa about confusing languages .

There are lots of statements one could make about Vanessa, (All of them complimentary), but the words that Fit her perfectly Are "Sheer Class". and to clarify matters, I am not being a smarmy git, I am 88 years of age, and I have Grandkids as old as she is.

I am a very old man, 88 years of age, if we are being specific, so Please don`t take my post as someone tying to get the attention of Vanessa. I Simply want to say what a nice young lady she is, and so open minded too. She has come to England, and instead of saying "Oh, we don`t do it like that where I come from" She has tried OUR ways, sometimes she may not agree with them, but in most of the posts that I have seen, she has adopted many of our ways......Sunday roasts and Yorkshire pudding for example. Keep on doing what you do Vanessa, you are making a very good job of cementing our relationship with Europe. Good Luck in whatever you do. Terry.

I agree that Brits are nearly all the people who watch these but it is worth it because it reminds us of what we have in the UK that is unique and enjoyable, exactly why we should not indulge in our favourite sport of MOANING all of the time!

Hi Vanessa. It is so nice, and such a lovely change, to find someone who hails from another country who praises our British way of life. I am an old guy and it is so rare to find someone who comes here and actually praises Britain and the way we live. So many people come here and do nothing but moan about various things that we do. All I can say to those people is that there is nothing to stop them from leaving Britain if it is so bad. People like you, Vanessa, are welcomed with open arms. Have a great day.

First of all may I offer you an apology, I have watched many of your posts, and until last night I thought that you were an American. Sorry, I really should have checked my facts. You mentioned not getting a "Thank You" for opening doors for people. I too feel strongly about this, but I am an 88 year old man, so if I don`t get a thank you, I say to the offender very calmly. "I`m so sorry, I am getting on a bit and my hearing is not good, so I missed your "Thank You" I get some odd looks at times, but I also get a Thank You.

I have just received a comment concerning my post in which I mentioned just what a beautiful young lady Vanessa is. I was informed that I should be barred from this site for "Lusting" after someone that I did not know. I took almost savage delight in informing this person (Who has no idea who I am) that I made the comment in all good faith, as I am an 88 year old who has grandchildren older than Vanessa. My "Lusting" days are long long gone.
