I am SO HAPPY with my decision to get a custom VDS as my main cover for my system I've been using and plan to KEEP using into 2025. Who knew the strings life would love me back?! It's exactly what I was hoping it would be and it 1000% fits my vibe. Am I obsessed with the Nubuck Terre? Yes. I make no apologies.
VDS Customizations for Custom Standard Complete Nomad
-2 pen loops
-Outer: TM Noir
-Inner: Nucbuck Terre
-Contrast Stitching on each leather
-Leather pen loop protector on the elastic closure (I did email Petra for this addition as it's not a current option online)

-3 unanswered emails after the cover did not ship when it was meant to; it did ship a full 7 days later than promised with zero communication prior to this.
-3 unanswered emails regarding feedback of the embossing quality on the leather - not for a refund but to provide feedback on how it was lasting for potential future customers
THEN
-2 “seen” (but no reply) DM’s to IG (which is not how I normally reach out to a shop, I usually respect their boundaries and stick with email)
-A final 3rd unread email gently requesting for my communications to be acknowledged, and THEN she finally emailed me back.
All of the unanswered correspondence took place between Sept. 10th and October 31st before I got a reply.
Since, she has followed through on her offer for a coupon code for a free embossing on my next custom cover, which I do appreciate. However I DO want to be transparent about my experience with this recent custom because I have gotten questions about it on IG and cannot recommend what I ordered due to the issues with the embossing on the leather.
