I recently read The Bullet Journal Method and I have been incorporating some of their points. The Index Page is one of them. I needed an Index page for my Note Page section in my Hobonichi Weeks. You reminded me that I need to revamp my Master Task lists.
It’s a great read even if you only incorporate pieces of it! I think the migration & indexing are two pieces that most anyone can bring into their system. The organization and reflection bits!
Only a neurotypical would think that one year is a long time to learn to manage ADHD. 😂😂 I was diagnosed in third grade and, thirty years later, I'm still learning about how my brain functions!
@greengirlva Hopefully, right?! Do you use any kind of bullet journal system to help you manage things in your brain? I just love that it forces me to tangibly engage with my tasks, versus just arbitrarily add things to a digital task list.
@@elenamplans I am so sorry I typed up a response but it looks like it got lost. I have tried everything. One of my challenges is that I overconsume and I have trouble making decisions so I always have FOMO and really buy way too many things and try too many things. I’m currently in a Wonderland 222 in the six size and I love it and I was gonna do the sterling ink all in one B6 next year, but realized how many planners I have and how many notebooks so I’m gonna try to use what I have and go back to bullet journaling in a dot grid Kim notebook that I already own for next year and see how it goes
@@greengirlva It can be SO uncomfortable breaking those cycles of FOMO, but it's SO worth it to sit in the discomfort because otherwise... we'll stay stuck. I love the idea of using what you have; hopefully my journey this next year (keep an eye out for a video tonight/tomorrow) will be inspiring for you!
Hi, just checking to see if the "hybrid coordination with your paper planner and simple apple tools" vid is coming? Or already out there somewhere? Would love to see it! Thanks for the video here, great info. 😀
You know I actually HAVE read it 😂 I see the merit in it, but my flavor of ADHD doesn’t love that I have to organize it immediately. Because sometimes the categories or how I think of them change depending on how I’m feeling week to week.
Yes! Rings! I subscribed!
Haha awesome, welcome!!!

LOL ain’t that the truth!!!
I was tested and diagnosed at 54. Resources and awareness was not around as much when I was young. We are all learning and growing. :-) (hopefully)

Thanks for all the great info!
Any time!
Finally, a bullet journalling vlog about actual bullet journaling and not drawing lots of layouts.
Yeah I don’t draw those 😂🙈 I do think they’re pretty but washi tape and a few stickers is about as much as I have the patience or energy for!

Not yet! But it's in the works for sometime in the next few months :)
@@elenamplans sounds good -- thanks!
The goal is sometime in October, but with my travel schedule, it may be early November 😅
@@elenamplans awesome, will keep an eye out for future -- thanks, appreciate it : )
You got it!! If you have specific question on how I do it before then, you're always welcome to DM me on Instagram :)
I fell in love so fast ❤
Glad you enjoyed the video!! Do you bullet journal also??
love this!!! do you date your stream of conscious journal pages??? if so, how 👀
Yes I do! I just put the date at the start of the day, then write the time for each entry 🖤 currently using the PMC typewriter date stickers!
Read GTD by David Allen, that will help with master task list
