Seems to me bi weekly means twice a week. Every other week is bi monthy. Yes charge accordingly. Understand the difference. l
No body really cares. What are you doing to make society better
These are a game changer in PHX AZ. We call them “hula hoes”. Here in Phoenix 90% of all yards are xeriscaped (mostly rock instead of a lawn), and these are awesome. They don’t work well with thicker rock or heavily compacted soil but for 2/3 of the time they are very effective. I’ve made thousands off this tool. I do wish they made a more inexpensive replacement head for them, because I break and bend them very often (probably once every 2 weeks or so). I know dewalt and some other companies make a heavier duty one, but it’s larger and doesn’t slide and maneuver as well as the original design. Definitely my favorite maintenance tool.
Bro come up with a happy medium and you can give them that option and not loose
what animal steals a tool from a hard working man? didnt know usa had so much crimals on the streets.
Where in Houston are you. I'm in Houston Northside
Prices are too low.
been watching your videos.. im happy to see that your business is growing and your able to buy more equipment
Yo voy comensando mi negocio de lawn care con algunos clientes,mi pregunta es que sistema utiliza usted para colectar el pago del servicio de los cliente?
I was looking for a video landscape setup with a medium truck,🙌
$40 is so low. How do you afford a 10k mower, maintenance, gas, insurance, etc.? Everything has gone up. You are leaving $30 a yard on the table. Nothing stays the same. They will pay it
I'm thinking on getting some decals for my truck 😮 I hope it bring in clients for now I got 6 yard 😅 i stay in Cleveland tx 30min from Houston I got my blower stolen today😢
Bro load that trailer right wtf 😮
What’s em wrong w it bro?
Nice set up
Nice set-up and great channel. Really like your trailer size, where did you get that from?
Thank you for the kind words brother 🙏 means lot. Trailer was purchased used but it’s from Texas Trailer Supply
When I was 13 I'd cut the neighbors' yards for $25 using the mowers they had in their sheds/garage. It's almost cringeworthy to see a $30k trailer/tool setup that a new company will just break even on first year or 2.
I make over 6 figures a year buddy 🤠🤠
Enjoyed the video of all your equipment.
Thanks bro 💪🏼💪🏼 I appreciate it
Make a video about taxes and business please
Nice setup man! I'm looking to step out on my own this year, so these types of videos are very helpful. I'm starting with an Ariens Icon Xd 52 inch, a toro residential push mower, an echo residential string trimmer and a dewalt battery powered blower. A modest setup I know, but I'm proud of it, and it will hopefully open the door in time to a fully commercial setup. Thanks for encouraging up and comers with this type of content.
You’ve got a great setup for someone just starting out. I started with a 21 inch Honda mower that I borrowed from my father in law. Put in some work and you’ll make it happen 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
ALWAYS lock your equipment, even if you're just turning your back for 5 min
Definitely
For the blowers, I would just change them to combination lock lock and the second or fourth number. Just change it over so that you don’t have to carry keys all the time
Great tip
Heck ya bro! Nice set up! I have a lawn business too
Let’s see your setup bro
Minimal overhead. People just don’t understand how efficient that is
Most important factor of how profitable your business is 💯
Hope things are going ok man.. Weather has been crazy. Glad you been getting rain though as i know usually theres a long dry time where you cant really mow anyone as its so dry. Keep grinding
Thanks for checking in brother. Doing well, we had a 3 month drought last year so I have zero complaints about this rain 💯. Hope you guys are getting this bag 💰 as well 💪🏼
How do you tell the hours on the mowers? Do you have to keep track yourself?
Commercial mowers have a hour meter
Those weedo racks, over time eat at the grips of the handle ect I run equipment defender and green touch
3 years zero problems
@floreslawnservice7509 same here bro. No problems at all, and better than dropping $600 on a rack. Mine cost me less than $100 and holds 3 trimmers....
Thanks for this video. I will be doing a solo mow by myself next year. This is so much helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Great content simple no silly music or Bs, thanks for posting I know it's not easy!
Thanks bro means a lot 🙏
I got the same set up bro
Let’s see it!!!!
@@floreslawnservice7509 I’ll take a video soon I’m from Houston tx as well bro we should link up

What’s your opinion on sit down zero turns vs stand on ?
I prefer stand ons. Easier on the body
That truck is able to pull 6 times the weight on that trailer it’s more than powerful enough. We pull 3 plus tonne daily with. 2.3 litre Renault masters. You’re blessed with that best of a hilux
I agree 100%
We sometimes do rock jobs and sometimes it struggles with that. Other than that is does great
Hope you have a license to spray.
Absolutely
Love the truck. I'm looking for a tocoma or tundra
Ty! Go with a tundra. Tacoma is too small
Looking good my guy 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
My man! Thanks a lot 🙏
How many lawns do you do a week?
About 50
I do lawn mowing service twice a week, 6-7 lawns per day.. not planning on doing it full time anytime soon, currently using a push 21 toro lawn mower… what type of lawn should I get? I do it off a pick up and ramps , I was thinking a 30 commercial but was told is pretty heavy to be loading up and down a ramp! Thanks
Timemaster is great for weekly cuts. Anything else will bog down. You can try a turfmaster. Definitely heavier and more expensive but will hold up a lot better over time. And better at cutting taller grass
@@floreslawnservice7509 on OfferUp, there’s a regular timemaster for $1200 brand new with warranty transferable also a almost new commercial turf master for $1400! Thoughts?
If the turfmaster really is like new that’s a steal. I would jump on it asap. Those things are 3k at dealers before taxes
Nice looking setup. Keep doing your thing bud. 💪
Thanks bro means a lot 🫡
@@floreslawnservice7509 I’ve been doing this for over 30 years now. Looks like you are doing great. 👍
Echale vergaso compa 💪😎
Gracias viejo ahí la llevamos 🙏
Nice setup dope video!!!
Thank bro 🤝🏼 big shout out.
Awesome setup💪🏾
I appreciate it that boss man 🫡🫡
Nice
Ty 🙏
Check out the Tri-clone HEAVY DUTY trimmer heads for your next lawn care jobs
Great vid. Just wondering what your costs are for business license and monthly insurance. I’m running solo too, no pesticides yet just strictly mowing, trimming, etc
124 a month for general business insurance and workers comp. Don’t overthink it. You don’t need insurance when you’re starting off
@@floreslawnservice7509ok cool. What about business license. Are those the only 2 things i need to start my business legitimately? Thanks.
What do you usually do to make money in the winter?
Save during spring and fall rush LOL! I do about 20 homes for Christmas lights which is extremely profitable and gets me through winter. You can also try to pressure wash.
@@floreslawnservice7509 lol sounds great I appreciate it!
To start and do residential what you guys recommend me a 36” deck? There is a lot of houses fenced and I just try to fix on their doors
Most people recommend a 36 for small gates. Here in Houston gates are really tiny so 36 would be too wide. That’s the reason I have a 32. If a 36 fits in most of your gates get a 36
@@floreslawnservice7509 thanks
I feel like this is a simple concept, lawns have to qualify for bi weekly and it should benefit you by going with bi weekly. If the lawn isn’t irrigated or fertilized and when I show up for the 2nd cut it really doesn’t need to be cut yet and keep in mind this is prime growing season I will than offer bi weekly 50% more than the weekly price. So now I’m making let’s say $60 for a small property and only spending slightly more time than if I came weekly, now I can take on more customers and get more add ons like cleanups mulch, etc.
I keep things simple and charge by the hour.
How has that ramp held up on the trailer after always riding up with the mower?
I ended up selling that trailer last year
@@floreslawnservice7509oh why is that?
Purchased a bigger one
Does your hit the grass when the deck is lowered
Usually when the deck is set under 3”
Lol $10 exta for bi weekly. All ur customers using you 😅😅
Live and learn bro 😎
