So I just had a 2.5” Magnaflow 11226 installed today on my 06 with a stock replacement center section and it sounds nothing like this as of right now. It’s nice and has some tone to it no doubt BUT I was wondering if it becomes deeper and louder as time goes on like in this video? From what I’m told they do change a bit after about a week or two (couple hundred miles).

can this sensor go bad without throwing a code. I watched video on what a bad m62 cam sensor sounds like and my car sounds the exact same. It’s like a very quiet knock almost. But should I even bother replacing it if there are no cam shaft sensor codes ?? And also I have a 97 (non vanos m62) and I only have 1 can sensor on passenger bank under intake

If your lower radiator hose is stuck like mine was... Raise the car and pull out the radiator with hose from the bottom. Raising the hose side should be enough.

I had no coolant in my truck just water … and my heat never kicked on it use to but over the summers I just kept adding filter water to the point it ran out of coolant wow yours beautiful mines a baby blue someone said to touch the core pipes if it’s hot then I guess it works .. yikes my Lincoln MKZ we rigged it shut off the heat to get rid that smell Never again will I do it. See Heater lines look different then what I expected ok so where is it in the engine ????

It actually looks like your tach is failing. Mine would read high on the RPM as well. Swapping the coolant gauge and tach fixed it.

I will be trying this on my Ford in the morning, my ESP light comes on after about 2 to 3 miles swithch engine off and restart lit is out but comes on again. All foupeed senors are fine, no ABS faults/light but diagnostic scanner state no communication between control module and SAS module.

Both batteries died from non-use of the SL550 2 months ago. No faults came up in the computer scan. With NO BRAKE ISSUES, I was dumbfounded! Finally found your video regarding the issue occurring after the dead battery jump start was required. Nicely done! Thank you for the guidance and support! Dan
