Repair rusty wiper arms back to new using this method. We used:
Black Metal Primer - Rust-Oleum
OEM Trim Paint - Rust-Oleum
3M 600 grit sand paper
3M 1500 grit sand paper
Brake Cleaner

This is a simple and cheap method to make your car look newer. Especially on old japanese classics. In this case the AE86 is going to benefit fully from this resoration.
