This is the biggest single improvement to date. I have torn down the old garage / car Port and rebuilt an awesome additional living space. Originally to be like a family room / The Man Cave has evolved into a fully furnished studio apartment with Fiber Optic WIFI, air-conditioning, kitchenette, full bathroom and a private court yard surrounded by an 8' high bamboo wall for privacy.
