I would love to buy this and move it to my property. To buy and own a home for way less than the cost of most cars being sold today is just amazing to me.
I love her little home! That's actually a 36" shower, and I love the long kitchen counter and that futon sofa which looks very comfortable! Great price❣️
I always try to do that when the seller is available. I think it helps you get to know the owner and why they are selling. Thanks for your continued support.
I built my ownn8x16 home out of a shed and I love it. I don’t sleep in the loft either. My layout is different. The thing I would change is my ac/ heater is all in one and looks like the a/c I bought at home depot. It’s saves mine and space. Plug I cut a hole in the wall high so not taking up my window.
I love the way you teach us! I feel like I'm right there in your kitchen having all the fun with you! I'm not much of a cook since my husband passed, but the concept of mug cake plus them being keto friendly, who could ask for more!!! I had lost 50lbs but had a bad fall and four months of being home bound, well I'm starting over. Your channel is landing in my life at the right time. Your first video was talking about loosing your Dad. Thank you for sharing and being so open about real life. God bless Twins and entire family❤
I didn't think it was so high. Given the location, altitude & some snow days, it's not a big expense for 2-3 months a year. Then again, I'm a Floridian. It may not be as cold there as I assume it would be. Lol.
Where does she sleep and how does she cook? This is very cute, I think I would put like a daybed in there that can be used as a couch and bed or a sofabed
Plus don't keep giving your lots to Air B+B'S. Soon it will be like the housing market. Investors bought up all the houses now people ant buy a home because there are none Andxthey are rent at crazy amounts of money. Please reconsider using for Air B+B.
We (as in myself, hubby, and a 20lb. and 40lb. Dog) lived in a 7x12 tiny house very happily. We love being outside, so it worked well for us. A covered deck was very helpful.
Tiny homes are not for everyone. They come with freedoms that people who have larger houses cannot afford. Ms. Lola's property is ample, and tiny home owners are free to take care of as much or as little space outside their homes as they want. Ms. Lola allows people to build on a porch, create a patio, or put in a garden. I take care of an entire acre around my tiny home. I even had landscaping done. My next venture is a garden and greenhouse.
Well, I guess most of us haven't experienced life in a prison cell so we wouldn't know but thanks for sharing lol. And with this beautiful little home you're free to come and go as you please and you can even move it to another state at will and not have to worry about guards/cops hunting you down for escaping.
I've been inside this tiny model and it's not at all like an out house/port-a-potty. It's teensy tiny, for sure. You really have a small bedroom with 3/4 bath and basic kitchen. Very easy to maintain and keep clean. Definitely not for most people, but for those who want a tiny space and easy rural living, or even a unit you can pulli behind your truck with ease, this is definitely it. It is too small for me, personally. I would need the 8 x 20. I've been in both already, so I know what will and will not work longer-term. Super guest cottage for behind someone's home.
She's reselling it for a reasonable price. Kudos to her!

Yes I t is 36 inch 🙃
FYI....You have to buy the sofa.
Teresa...I like your sitting down, and talking, to the seller!
I always try to do that when the seller is available. I think it helps you get to know the owner and why they are selling. Thanks for your continued support.
@@rhinestonesandwrinkles you got it!
Thank you. I love it too. As long as I have an owner present, I always try to interview owner on camera.

Great opportunity for someone to get a tiny home in a beautiful place.
IT'S GREAT. I NEED GMAIL TO GET AHOLD OF HER.
Looks new and great price.❤

Wonderful to include the sit down with the owner. Once you have the love of a grandbaby/grandchild, you will move heaven and earth to be near them.
Thank you for sharing.

This is SUPER TINY
🏡❤️🏡
I've had bigger, and found that smaller, simpler is better. Plus, I like the challenge it presents.
If I had the money I would grab this one beautiful my friend 💓
That’s a Randy Jones tiny home.
Nice area. That lot price is awesome.
I wish ITH would put in a slightly larger sink in the kitchen and a small sink in the bathroom. 🎉
Very tempting!
Really nice esp tiny home 🏡, love it ❤️😊
Thanks for watching.
I love that place, it would be perfect, except I would put in an accordion door on the bathroom.
God bless you all.
It’s lovely and just about all you need for a home. ❤it will sell fast
I would be claustrophobic in this box
I have the same shelves on my refrigerator
That's interesting, does the rent pay for internet? Wow it was so cheap on electric for summer but winter was so high. Thanks for posting 😊
Rent does not pay for internet. It does pay for water and septic.

I would give a lot for electric bills that didn't go over $80 !!
Heat is the biggest use of any electric devices. Many tiny housers use a propane, kerosene, or wood burning stove top reduce their heating bill.
@@reynetallents Great point!
May not have mortgage payment but property taxes in America keeps us from ever owning our home.
@user, She pays 325 a mon like a lot rent
There are some states where those over 65 do not pay or pay very little property taxes such as North Carolina.
Ty Teresa! Are you back in Newport?
Haven’t left yet. Tiny home in KY is being built.
Nice❤
🏡❤️🏡
I Like it❤

She sleeps on the futon that makes into a bed.
@@rhinestonesandwrinkles
And how does she cook and bake?
How long is her lease? And is it renewable? Thanks!
Email the owner of home for more info on leas please. Thanks for watching.
8 by 16 is too small for me. but is really cute

Oh boy, I hope my comment makes sense. I don't know what happened, but the spelling is all over the place.🤪
Was it sold already?
Yes this home has sold
I love it were is this at
Bybee, tn
TV availability?
Internet is best with AT&T at this location.
I'm her neighbor and I have regular antenna with local channels and then some.
@@michaeltice4281 thanks for sharing that Mike. Hope you are well.
@@rhinestonesandwrinkles I'm coming along as well as expected I guess.
@michaeltice4281
Who do you use to get good internet service @ Ms. Lola's, AT&T?
Yup. Randy's
Any jobs around there?
Ask Paula. Several people work from home. Morristown is close.
I think that's a 36 inch shower.
You are correct. My mistake.
what does esp mean?
Engineered steel panels
RJO .
Terrible camera view
Always trying to improve on my quality of videos. Thanks for watching.
It's because she is holding it and showing the house.
The house it's okay for overnight guests.
But it's ridiculous to live in.
All the time.
For some of us that all we can have and happily so. 🏡❤️🏡
